Lots of variety and stock at this store! I find the shoe department lacks a little but otherwise, all other departments have great selection with decent prices. If you have a dog, you can get some really great deals for toys and treats here. Lots of good brand clothing selection, if you are patient enough to pick through. Staff are always friendly and store is clean. I always enjoy browsing here!

They have the worst customer service ever. Never going back to this particular store. I bought a box of underwear and I didn’t even wear it. The material was so cheap and from the try out box you could touch the harder portion of the underwear. Talked with manager Kathleen or someone. She doesn’t even know what is customer service. I don’t know how she became a manager. I didn’t wear it brought it out from the box. She was telling me, it’s written at the back of the receipt. I don’t thing any one reads the receipt. Most importantly I have the e- receipt , in the e- receipt there is no back of the receipt. Anyway, worst customer service. I would like to talk to someone from the higher authority. I will really appreciate if some one contacts me from the higher management.( I didn’t bring it from the store. Rather purchased a different one)

In my very humble opinion, this is the best Marshall’s in Ottawa. It has much, much more designer stuff than other Marshall’s and Winners. I do recommend coming early in the morning, as the place can get a bit crazy.

It’s a shame this is one of the few Marshalls that has a contemporary department. The worker with glasses at the fitting room was oddly confrontational like I was stealing and made me really uncomfortable.

Great stock in store, clearance racks and new spring dresses are in! Staff is great here.. seem to have fun working here.

This Marshalls is great for clothing, footwear and accessories! I went looking for home goods which is not very large at this one. Still managed to find a few awesome deals though! The little salt cellar on the left is one of them ♥️

They seem to always have new stuff more than other stores in Ottawa. I barely see this store get empty shelves. They are also quite organized and especially on the make up section— the products aren't opened or broken.

Best TJX clothing store in Ottawa. High end brands in the featured section like Prada and Ferragamo. Great shoe selection. Also has men's suits. Good selection of home and beauty items also. Seems like it is twice the size of other Marshalls in Ottawa.

Was sold 2 pairs of left shoes twice, but the cashier only caught the first pair of them. The customer service was excellent.

They have good stuff and it's kinda clean but one of the main staff who was watching others didn't have good behavior. We wanted to ask something but he kept saying no without listening so we left without buying anything. He was like he didn't care what we wanted to say but cause he was in charge he had the power to prevent anything he wanted.

Always enjoy going to Marshall's even to just look around... Always new things. I particularly like purchasing dress shirts, electronics and their accessories and luggage; you will find brands that are well priced and the clothing sections have many varieties for adults and children. Electronics like audio, phone chargers and accessories are sold there. Ample parking outside and many other stores to visit in Trainyards

Under construction so place is a bit messy. Variety was not as good as other locations.

Pretty solid selection and turnaround of unpurchased goods, can always reliably count on Marshalls throughout Ontario, but this one is particularly good for the Ottawa area, I would say. A larger than average store also lends to the ability of the store to have selections available in nonstandard sizes (I typically wear a L-XXL depending on brand and fit type)

Super wide variety of clothes, shoes, etc. A lot of high-end items for under market value!! If you're looking for designer brands, definitely come to this Marshalls!!

Had a much larger selection of plus sized clothes. The staff were lovely, changing rooms were open and clean, as was the washroom.

Quite well organized and clean. Huge selection of clothes and some great deals on brand names. Store was clean and the cashier was very friendly and personable as was the young woman working the changeroom.

After having been to the Barrhaven location, I was disappointed with this store. I felt it wasn’t as well, organized, or stocked, but wouldn’t stop in in the future if I’m already close by.

Good shop. It have alot of brand clothes and shoes and some home stuffs with awesome prices. You can buy new clothes or shoes for, at least, half from normal price

Friendly staff, washrooms available, good selection.

We can find great shoe buys at Marshalls, facial and hair care products but the clothes are a hit and miss. It requires patience to look through hundreds of pieces that look mostly the same. The store carries all kinds of pet products as well. I bought 2 car seats for both my dachshunds there and this dog carriage that is pictured here with my dog Lucy.

Love this store. Usually we'll stocked with a large selection of items. Staff are over the tip helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is that I always seem to walk put with way more than I went in for

Busy and not well organized but good value and deals inside

When in couldn't find what I wanted and left the store. Very disorganized. Enjoy walking around aimlessly for what you need. Looks like I walked into an expensive version of value village.

Surprisingly, Marshalls has become my secret source for the best (and best priced) vanilla extracts and other baking ingredients.

Lovely store with an incredible selection of well priced, affordable quality goods. The service from their team and management is next level and make you feel very welcome. Hands down the best Marshalls I've ever been to.
