Just wasted an hour of my time, asked on whatsapp if they had massage available now, they said yes, went there, they said take sauna I said no I asked for a massage and you said it was available, they said wait 5-10 minutes. Waited for 35 minutes, was another couple who waited for an hour. The lying and the waiting made this already bit sketchy place feel really sketchy and no longer wanted massage. Made final deal with receptionist to wait ten more minutes otherwise get refund. Fifteen minutes went, asked for refund, they refused to give it and took another fifteen minutes of haggling to get 800 out of 1000 lira back. So paid 200 lira to waste an hour here. The complete dishonesty in saying that they had massage therapist available and repeated lying of saying 5-10 more minutes repeatedly is what made this my worst customer experience in a long time

I recently visited this massage place in hopes of receiving a quality sports massage. Unfortunately, I must say that my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts for the benefit of others. Firstly, I experienced an unfriendly encounter when we had slight language barrier with the therapist. The massage itself was quite disappointing. Instead of providing a deep tissue massage as I had requested, the therapist focused on applying an excessive amount of oil and quickly rubbing it on my skin. This not only made the massage uncomfortable, but also caused my skin to become unpleasantly hot. Moreover, the session ended earlier than expected, which might seem like a relief considering the quality of the massage, but it's worth noting as an additional negative point. Considering the price of 60 euros, I expected a higher level of service and professionalism. I hope this feedback can help the establishment improve their services in the future.

My husband and I have just had a wonderful experience. Full body massage, sauna, full body scrub on marble surface, felt like silk. My lovely girl shampooed my hair. Turkish tea and they applied clay mask to our faces. Fully recommend. Good value for money.

An absolutely amazing experience! As soon as you come in you are greeted in a friendly manner and the process is explained. The two masseuses were not only super friendly, but also did an incredibly great job! I have rarely felt so deeply relaxed and balanced. The hammam itself was also a wonderful experience and the sauna sessions and the final facial mask rounded the whole thing off. Full marks and the next time we come we'll have the promised chocolate :)

Not bad! The massage was mediocre because the masseuse didn't know how to massage properly. She had no idea and just wanted to smear her body with oil, but the sauna and hammam offered perfect relaxation. A must for wellness lovers!

When we walked in, we were greeted by a warm welcome and friendly staff, then we went to the massage section, me and my girlfriend got a massage by professional ladies who are really experts in their field and know where to get a massage. His thin and hard touches took away all our tiredness. We didn't want the massage to end. We completed our program with a wonderful Turkish bath and then a facial mask. We went there as couple to have massage. The massage was so great, then we had face masks and sauna and after that Turkish bath with continuing massage. The service was excellent, it was so relaxing and over all great experience and highly recommended if you are in Taksim.

I spend a beautiful time in the Athena Spa hotel, the massage was wonderful thanks to the beautiful women. Then we went to the Hammam and we had traditional turc soaping and they kept massaging us. I would definitely suggest this place if you are in Taksim or not far from there. I will come back for sure! Thank you for this amazing experience.
