I
have
stayed
in
this
hotel
with
my
family
for
3
nights.
The
hotel
reception
staff
and
cleaning
staff
were
very
friendly
and
helpful.
However,
the
director
(müdür)
of
this
hotel
was
very
rude
and
at
all
not
client-oriented.
The
only
thing
that
interest
him
is
the
money.
Initially
my
reservation
was
only
for
2
days
and
on
arrival
I
have
asked
to
extend
it
for
one
additional
day.
The
reception
staff
kindly
extended
it.
Considering
the
payment
is
in
TL
and
as
I
did
not
have
enough
TL,
on
arrival
I
paid
only
for
one
night
(considering
that
I
will
exchange
the
next
day).
The
next
day
around
10.30
am,
I
came
to
reception,
Müdür
was
there.
I
told
him
that
I
did
not
opportunity
to
exchange
my
money
to
TL
and,
I
told
him
that
I
will
pay
him
only
for
upcoming
night
and
for
the
third
night,
I
will
pay
in
the
evening.
The
reaction
of
the
"Müdür"
was
very
rude
and
non-professional.
He
told
me
that
I
need
to
pay
for
remaining
two
nights
right
now
or
I
need
to
empty
the
room.
I
told
him
that
it
is
not
at
all
client
oriented
approach
and
the
things
are
not
done
like
he
does.
He
told
that
"
This
is
the
way
I
want
and
I
am
the
owner".
I
was
very
upset,
I
paid
by
card
for
two
remaining
nights
and
left
the
conversation
without
further
escalation.
In
the
evening,
when
we
came
back,
our
room
was
blocked
and
the
last
night
we
were
moved
to
the
worst
room
in
that
hotel.
(
I
do
not
think
that
is
a
coincidence).
