They bring 16 plates as, oyster, abalone, Kobe beef, oyster, lobsters etc. all the meals are prepared with weekly fresh ingredients by seasons. All seafood are daily fresh. Recipes are daily and serving fine dining. Impossible to eat a menu with this cost. Serving and meals was amazing. Chef and owner has good ability and knowledge. It was a great experience and great dining. Best place ever in Istanbul if you want dine in fine dining restaurant.

A hidden gem in the heart of Istanbul. Everything, from the food to the friendly stuff and the cozy space, is a unique experience! Probably the best sushi we ever tasted and everything home-cooked right in front of your eyes. Don't forget to taste their delicious cocktails as well. Thank you very much Sem and Ibrahim ♥️

Hands down the best Ramen I’ve ever had. Same goes for the cocktails, one of the best. The place had us returning again and again. The chefs and barmen are very skilled with solid experience behind their backs. Having participated in Masterchef and worked at some of the best bars/restaurants in Istanbul. Definitely a gem in the city. Don’t hesitate to try this place

Really nice hidden gem in Istanbul. They offer different kinds os east asian food: ramen, noodles, dumplings and other. Tasty, very big portions. Expensive, but it is normal for east asian food in Turkey. Sencha tea was from tea bag, Chinese chicken noodles were great.

Amazing ingredients brought in from such different countries (Turkey, Indonesia, Japan...) combined in cuisine that is indescribable with words will give you the unique experience that any food lover is searching for. You should visit this place and taste it's food for yourself. But make sure you call prior because it's a three table restaurant and it's almost always fully booked. PS:And to the question why don't you make it bigger the chef just smiled and said: "We like it this way and our dishes require 3-4 days to prepare. We want to serve the best food possible so we keep it like this."

This is mostly a ramen place. I've ordered a different, experimental dish (most expensive item on the menu mind you) and it wasn't very impressive. Also their wagyu meat is actually low grade, still tender though update: I was right, even the cheapest ramen on the menu had amazing broth, probably best in Istanbul. Huge portions too, a couple could share one bowl

By far the best food in Istanbul. The staff was incredibly responsive and friendly. The food was nothing short of perfect. And the atmosphere, while not specifically asian in the music, is perfectly suited for the place. The staff speak great english and the food is well worth the cost. Go there for sure!

Very pleasant experience and very nice sushis. Lol, super funny that a lot of people are complaining about price because it's very cheap for the quality. We come from Swiss and in Switzerland, you eat that for at least 300 CHF... even in Europe, it's much higher the price... it's very tasty and good. I recommend 👌

Nice people. We ordered 2 chicken miso for 390 a bowl. Great taste, but quite expensive. If you expect a traditionnal miso, it's not. Their offered us entrance. Atmosphere immersive. We waited a bit. We were suprised that they don't accept card !!

Absolutely amazing the food was 10 out of 10 and the service. The stuff was amazing too. The beef in the Ramen is really top quality and is perfectly medium rare. It’s the best Roman ever had the dumplings super authentic. Probably the best Ramen ever had.

We ordered the wagu beef ramen. The food was decent, but nothing to brag about, given the cost. They could neither take payment with card so we had to do a iban wire transfer to pay for our food. In my opinion the place is way to expensive given the location, food and payment options.

A lovely place we stumbled upon, Sini Ethnic offers a great experience for those who enjoy Asian food and fusion cuisine. Be sure to call and get a reservation beforehand though, the few tables at the place are usually taken at weekdays. The chef cooks each dish with really fresh materials and the taste of the ramen was incredible. Definetly coming back to taste the dumplings as well!

The juicy Chinese dumplings and refreshing signature lemonade with Indonesian milk and Tahiti lime went really well with the Japanese staples: fresh and beautifully plated sushi and flawless fragrant ramen... When we opened the door, surprisingly, Frank Sinatra was singing to us "New York, New York". It was a fusion experience on many levels, worthy of a diverse city such as Istanbul. Great service - very nice cheff, bartender and waiter. All the best from your Bulgarian komshi! We will come again to try your special sacura creme Brule :)

Good ambiance and very nice people, however the waiting time was a bit long and the ramen was vermecelli not ramen noodle, and it was too oily. A deception for me, not worth the price I payed.
