Quality service provided by everyone. Transfer to and from hotel was part of the package. Very good full body massage and hammam and very friendly staff. English speaking as well which helped a lot. Very worth it for the price paid. Highly recommended!

Service was perfect. We did private sauna, steam bath, couple turkish bath and massage. The ladies were so professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

Fantastic massage and Turkish bath the staff are very friendly and helpful. We went as a group and all the massage therapists were great, they are very thorough and go above and beyond with the treatment. Highly recommend.

Bad Bad Bad..The vip and the usual is is the same thing. We thaught the vip was nicer. We didnt see any vip service. We found much cheaper places but choose yours for the vip but not what we expected at all. No, it's you. We talked on WhatsApp. As a customer, I have the right to express my opinion and say what I have encountered if it is negative or positive.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had in hammams so far… we had the sultan vip program. I highly recommend it. The massage, the steam, the service and the room’s neatness.. all were just as described to us. 🙏🏼
