👍👍 It was a fantastic Pho experience! Over and beyond my expectations! I got the Pho Dac Biet-the one with beef tendons, flank, and rare steak. Wonderful combination! The meat was so tender, and the tendons were very delicious. Both cooked very correctly. The meat broth was also so savory. It was so... I’m happy to have found this place, we got pho, and a chicken and rice dish, they were flavoursome, authentic and very comforting. Portion was really good too. The pho comes in two sizes, small for 64TL and large for 105TL. I like that they didn’t try to upsell the large size, as i got the small pho and it was already huge and enough for one person! I also appreciate that there was no service charge which tend to be a common practise among asian restaurants. Water was also served upon seating and it was not sneakily charged into the bill, so thumbs up!! Service was friendly and hospitable, the Chef owner was also an interesting and friendly lady. Oh and the iced Vietnamese coffee was strong and flavourful! Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes!

It was a fantastic Pho experience! Over and beyond my expectations! I got the Pho Dac Biet-the one with beef tendons, flank, and rare steak. Wonderful combination! The meat was so tender, and the tendons were very delicious. Both cooked very correctly. The meat broth was also so savory. It was so perfect! You can add some hot sauce per your spice tolerance. However, the ingredients like meat, tendons and noodles could be a bit more generous. When I came down to the half of the soup, nothing solid remained in the bowl. The portion was big enough like the ones I had in US. The Pho comes with its traditional sauces: Pho sauce and Sriracha sauce. The toppings were very fresh, abundant and various. The cutlery could be more authentic. The metal spoon and fork was not very suitable to get the best out of the soup. Very friendly and knowledgeable personnel, wonderful table setup, and a clean place. The price I paid was reasonable. People might say it’s so expensive for a soup, yes I partially agree with that, but how cheap could it be in this cruel economy, and for this much high quality of food, right? Overall rating 4.6/5 for a Vietnamese Pho place.

It was my first time trying vietnamese food and I have to say I enjoyed it a lot! I would definitely recommend egg roll with beef and vietnamese ginger chicken. Everyone was so kind as well. Definitely will come here again :) Also, the atmosphere is amazing you feel like you are in a different world!

I recently dined at this Vietnamese restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience. The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the Pho Bo. The regular bowl was a true masterpiece, with a rich, flavorful broth that warmed the soul. The combination of tender beef slices and fragrant herbs created a harmonious symphony of taste. I also had the pleasure of trying the slightly spicy version of Pho Bo, and it added a delightful kick to the dish without overpowering the flavors. The balance between heat and the other ingredients was spot on. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was cozy, and the service was friendly and efficient. The staff was more than happy to accommodate our preferences. In summary, if you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine and especially Pho Bo, this restaurant is a must-visit. Whether you prefer it classic or with a hint of spice, the flavors here will leave you craving for more.

The service was really good, they were super friendly and trying to serve us as best as possible. The food options are a bit limited but they taste great!! I had the beef Pho Tái and it had like 5 tiny pieces of beef (very tiny). Again, the taste and flavors are really good but the photos on the menu are not what you get. The fried spring rolls starters have a nice chili sauce but are a bit pricey for the size and the number of spring rolls you get.

Really awesome service here! We found this gem via Google reviews while we were visiting Ortoköy for the day and we are so happy we went here. The food is excellent, especially if you’re craving Asian food instead of Turkish food! We ordered egg rolls, lemongrass beef and rice, and pho. Everything was delicious!

It was a great surprise to find Vietnamese cuisine in this area of Ortakoy, Istanbul! The woman helping us was very happy and joyful. The food was excellent and very big portions! Delicious and fulfilling! Just a short walk from the famous Ortakoy mosque.

Wow, what a lucky find! We didn't have a reservation, but they kindly took us in anyway. We were delighted by the quaint dining area. We had the tempura shrimp (wonderful light panko coating), the wrap your own shrimp salad rolls (always fun), Pho Ga (delicious broth!!!), and the Special Pho (the meats were perfectly cooked and flavorful). We will definitely be back to try their sushi!

İ have really been missing Vietnamese food and i was so excited to try it at Ginza Ginza. İ had a small (HUGE!) beef pho and it hit the spot! There's a variety of other Asian dishes (including sushi, as the name would suggest) but i really came for the pho this time. :) i also loved that they have real bubble tea with tapioca. There's a nice room upstairs you can even reserve for karaoke! The location is great, just steps away from the Ortaköy iskelesi, so check the ferry times to come that way if you can. The owners are really kind as well. Definitely recommended.

I love this place the food is pretty authentic. My only problem is, is that it’s kinda pricy I mean not for me but for the rest of turkey. Such good food but only foreigners would be able to mainly enjoy the food. I wish more people be able to eat such delicious food and know the authentic food of Vietnam

I stumbled on this place while exploring the village of Ortakoy by the famous seaside mosque with the same name. It’s one of the most Instagrammable places in Türkiye and the beginning of the millionaire mile which continues northbound. Anyway, I tried the Vegan Fried Noodles with soy. The consistency was almost meaty like seiten. Noodles were thick and not sticky nor loose and with great in-mouth feeling. Everything was cooked to perfection. The house pho and sriracha sauces were delicious. I am impressed with this little place. Total was $12 with service fee included which for the area is totally fair. Will def return.

Great, authentic Vietnamese food (I lived in Vietnam for over a year). Good flavor, great noodles and quality beef. Anastasia is really nice and the service was very nice. Would definitely recommend if your in the mood for Pho. A bit expensive but worth it for authentic Vietnamese!

All I can say is wowwwwww, this place is amazing. I’m still sitting here and haven’t even finished my plate but had to write this because this place is amazing. The food is incredibly flavorful and the service is wonderful. The restaurant itself is so cozy that it makes you feel at home. I will plan to come here on any trip to Istanbul!

As a Vietnamese person, I would say the pho here is very bad, the broth is cloudy, the noodles are small and has the taste of instant pho without the chewiness. As for "Bun Bo Hue", there is no taste of that dish, the bowl is too small and there is little food compared to the price of about 11-13$, little noodles and 4 small pieces of meat. For a foreigner it might be okay but as a Vietnamese person, this is not something I want to eat again, Disappointed!!!

Our second time in Istanbul and we couldn't wait to return to this wonderful restaurant! You can most definitely taste the 12 hrs of love that goes into making the Pho broth! Thank you, Victoria for remembering us, you are such a delight, we feel like old friends. We can't wait to try your new rooftop terrace restaurant by the Blue Mosque next time we are in town!

So happy to have found Nha Ginza Ginza. We were craving for Vietnamese food and this place hit the spot. We ordered Pho Dac Biet and Bun Bo Hue. They make it Southern Vietnamese style and both dishes were delicious! Broths were rich in flavors. If you’re craving for Vietnamese food in Istanbul, this place is it. Highly recommended! Thank you Victoria for taking such great care of us, and making us feel so welcomed!

This is the best noodle I had in this recent half year! Highly recommended! The lady in charge of the restaurant is full of energy and wisdom, I wish I can be like her. ❤️

Very very delicious. The taste is similar to the food in Southern Vietnam, especially Pho Bo. Bun bo Hue is very spicy but it's very good 👍. The staff are very friendly too. We will definitely come back here again next time in Istanbul!

Wow! You have to try the fried rice in Ananas and chicken. It‘s was amazing! We had summerrolls and eggrolls as well! The cook was super sweet and nice to us and now it is one of my favorite restaurants in Istanbul for sure! Everybody was so nice there. You have to eat here.

My wife and I had a great experience at the new Sultan Ahmet location with roof top terrace view. The host and chef, Victoria, is very friendly and knowledgeable with an interesting history. I'm Laos from Canada and have craved food like this for over a year now. I'm really glad someone brings this type of cuisine to Istanbul. The atmosphere is friendly to kids and families and also romantic to couples wanting ambience and view. The staff were welcoming and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We loved the food. Pad Thai and spring rolls were exceptional. Fried banana was also good. The only thing that I was very unpleasant with was the Bubble Tea that comes in *a plastic cup*. Whyyyyyyyyyyy, it wasn't take away. I saw the cafe's comment that says Bubble tea is sold by another supplier, but as the owner, you're the one who is responsible for selling what and how. So I choose not to update this comment positively. Thank you.

One of the best asian food in Istanbul! Loved the authentic Pho. So happy we found this place in Istanbul. Can only recommend it!

Maybe it's difficult to find this place because it's located at the corner When we arrived there, there is only one guy(seems onwer) doing everything(cooking, serving etc) so it took 50min to get 4~5 foods (we were the only guets till leaving) Food was average but I hope this restaurant can survive because there are very few Vietnam restaurants in Turkey

Amazing Asian food. It’s very hard to find good traditional Asian food in Istanbul or even Turkey. The pho is delicious and I also recommend the udon noodles. Service was a bit slow but other than that I had a great experience.

It has been a while since I had proper pho soup with the right ingredients. It is hard to find good asian food in istanbul so if you want a taste of that far from Asia this is your restaurant. I really recommend the sandwiches and the green curry soup as well.

My wife is Thai and she verified authenticity of Asian cousine. Portions are big enough and true comfort food. Cook as you order, so patience. Worth waiting.
