On September 1 (Wednesday) we arrive from the International on Gorky 170-v (hall) at the appointed time, at the reception they gave us a form to fill out, took the car key as security for the key to the box and we went to change clothes. After that, we approached the administrators and asked where our coach was, to which the girl began asking her colleagues where the coach was, then they called him, and it turned out that he was not there today, since the schedule had changed and now he trains on Mon and Fri - we tentatively no one notified us, we collected all the traffic jams in the city, left classes for school and all for what?! We came to training on Friday, it took place, but not as indicated in the schedule on the website for 90 minutes, but exactly an hour - a disgrace!!! Then they came on Monday, and here again there was no coach, and the girl, still indignant with a raised tone, said, “who told you that the coach would be there today,” I answered her that she told me that, so she says, “that was on last week,” “so how were we supposed to know this, that your schedule changes every day, we were not notified, although we were registered, and again we traveled a huge distance with the cancellation of classes,” and she replies “it’s the coach who should I was supposed to call you, we have nothing to do with it” - an excellent office!!!!
