This
is
the
first
time
in
my
month
stay
in
Russia
that
I
have
encountered
corruption
in
the
tourist
industry
outside
of
the
taxi’s.
Would
not
recommend
anyone
from
a
developed
country
stay
at
the
Mont
Blanc!!!
As
for
the
reviews
that
say
they
don’t
speak
english
it
is
no
worse
then
any
other
city
in
Russia
outside
of
Moscow,
St.
Petersburg
and
Vladimir!
The
concerning
issue
is
the
city
itself
speaks
english
pretty
good.
I
asked
twice
to
have
the
heat
shut
off
in
the
room
as
it
was
running
30C
while
only
being
10
outside.
It
never
did
get
adjusted
probably
because
I
did
not
pay
the
required
corruption
fee!
Be
aware
this
hotel
has
the
worst
check
out
time
I
have
seen
it
is
10
am.
If
you
need
to
extend
to
a
normal
time
of
noon
because
your
flight
delay
the
corruption
fee
will
be
an
additional
800
rubles!
You
only
get
one
towel
for
each
guest
another
towel
the
fee
is
1000
rubles.
Waiting
to
see
what
the
charge
is
restaurant
for
electricity
and
water
usage!
Also
be
aware
the
hotel
is
in
bad
repair.
There
are
two
outlets
in
the
room
one
by
the
bathroom
and
one
for
the
tv.
Both
were
so
broken
that
the
chargers
would
not
work
as
it
fell
out
of
socket!
The
counter
staff
was
helpful
with
the
use
of
a
translator
for
getting
locations
but
worthless
for
getting
any
issues
repaired.
The
ATM
machine
in
the
lobby
is
also
broken.
The
restaurant
food
was
the
worst
I
have
during
this
visit
