Great place for a quick bite if you are on your way to Sharurah or Abha.. Clean, well kept and having very courteous people behind the counters.. always a pleasure stopping here..!!

this is the only McDonald's branch I've seen all over the world that wouldn't give you a coffee instead of coke with a combo meal! also they don't have the new "limited-time-only" sandwich although it's promoted on billboards all over the city! couldn't you save the advertisement cost since you don't actually have what's advertised?!!!! also the local staff could use some training on how to be friendly with customers!!

Regarding the hygiene it's the worst, all the tables were not clean and the bathroom was so disgusting and on top of that it took 45 minutes to get the food!!

I went to drive thru, the experience was so unpleasant aside from a very long time waiting. From ordertaking to the claim window crews, i thought i was just ordering from a brandless store, especially the 2 crews in lemon yellow uniforms, they were both concentrated with their phones not on us who is waiting outside. They noticed and moved only when i horned my car. 😱🤔Who is the store manager of this store?

Worst branch in the country. Bad service , rude employees, bleak atmosphere. Other people order after me and get their orders before me. And the night manager is very rude. He is worse than his subordinates. Imagine that my sandwich was ready in 3 minutes , and I tell them to bring it to me , and they refuse to do that. And my sandwich just sits on the counter for 15 minutes. What kind of screwed up service is that?

Fast service. Good prices. This is their first branch in Najran.

Not clean at all. The smell of the restaurant is so bad like trash can even though I was ordering from the drive thru. I went twice inside and the foods are left on the tables. I got problems after eating from this place which made me to stop even thinking to eat in this place.

On two different occasions, they made mistakes in my order. I think I will not visit this branch anymore.

Understaffed. Counters are always empty. No one to take orders. Washrooms are very dirty. No one listens to your complaint. Pathetic

Good service, good staff, and quality according to price is best, Self order service is available. And the taste of ice cream is best with price.

It takes 20 minutes in hahbrown making

The place is good, food servings are more and getting more than what you've paid for.

Good and quick service, very good taste of food items and McFlurry. Hygiene was an issue there could be due to very heavy influx of public.

Big discount ,delicois burger... and fries was excellent. Children play area so u alsobfeel relax.
