A part of me would like to give this place an excellent rating, but there were many "turn-off" factors which made the other part of me give this a lesser rating than it rightly deserves. Taste-wise I give it 4-stars. Props to the chef. Very delicious creations. However, it does not matter how great the food is if the staff does not make one feel welcome. We were not even greeted when we entered. There was one female waitress who seem to just sulk the whole time for no apparent reason. Sure, she may have had a long day, but perhaps she should not work in the customer-service industry if servicing her clients with a smile is not her forte. Various times when we asked this waitress for her help/advice it was neither met with any enthusiasm nor the eagerness to service her clients. She did not go as far as pulling her face, but her body language definitely made us feel that she could not be bothered. Another area of disappointment revolves around the time when we asked if we could have a bit more parmesan cheese added to the spaghetti only to be told that an additional charge of 30 baht. Most restaurants that we have been to are not this calculative. Of course we did not expect to be treated like kings and queens, but a little goes a long way in the service industry. I hope this establishment could take this feedback in a positive manner and do something to improve their services in the future.

Overall not too bad at all. Great atmosphere and nice value. We ordered 1. Onion ring-too greasy and under salted. I felt like I drank oil. 2. Beef stroganoff- pretty good but the color was not that brown. Kinda different from Russian style. 3. Smoked salmon salad-nice dressing, components. I personally prefer slightly less sweetness in the dressing. 4.spareribs-excellent. Nothing to complain. 5. Beef cheek red wine stew- I guess this is something like Beef Bourguignon. Too little red wine, no bay leaf smell. The color doesn’t look dark enough. Under salted and the mysteriously slightly sweet. Beef tenderness was 10/10. I would love to see improvement of this one. Almost great. 6. Pork chop steak-also great. I guess they are good at cooking steak n grills, especially pork. 7.Margaritas Pizza-very fresh. It had no crust, no sweet basil. I guess their oven wasn’t hot enough or not enough time in the oven. Hope it is crispier next time. Still good for pizza in Nan 8. Spaghetti Aglio e olio- their basil leaves killed the aromatic smell of this classic dish. I don’t know why it was sweet. This one should contain only olive oil, garlic and maybe chili. Why so sweet signor??? Hope u don’t kill this simple dish with sugar. Overall, I like pork dishes. Other dishes, I will recommend once I see improvements.

Food is great the cooks personality and people skills sucks big time he's a kid that thinks he knows it all. I will never go there until he develops some people skills and learns to smile just awful for a young man and the same goes for his staff !

Really good food...some of the best onion rings I have had in a while. Nice mix of Thai, American, Italian, and even Mexican food, but at a higher level than the typical “farang” restaurant.

Pricy, but only western food in the erea

Surprisingly good, limited no of tables makes their food and service quality good. Duck Salad is recommended.

Excellent food and great service.

No tables even though all of upstairs and downstairs was available....no have as they say. Don't come here ...go somewhere else is my advice.

Best burger in town, hands down. An American portion of Australiaian beef then topped with an egg and fitted with fresh veggies which are all lovingly nestled between two bakery fresh buns. The chicken wings are coated in chilli powder and have a nice zest. The spaghetti was average but man, that burger more than makes up for it! They also carry beer Lao which is superior to Thai beer in my opinion. The burger was under 150 Baht which was super reasonable especially because it comes with fries. The cook can understand simple requests (I asked for the Tabasco and he understood on the first attempt). Perfect place to get your western fix while in Nan!

Absolutely perfect. Had the duck breast and a top 10 onion rings of my life. This restaurant would stand up anywhere.

Lovely food but pricey for the area! We treated ourselves. I had a pasta and my partner had a pizza. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff on hand. We would definitely come back here if we were in the area but it's not too friendly on the wallet! My pasta was delicious!

Great food for a good price. Avocado salad was very tasty, especially the dressing. Garlic bread was amazing. Bread was still moist and not dried out. And the pizzas were so good. They also have other menu options that looked amazing.
