The museum is located in the center city of Nan. Ticket is needed for entering the museum, Thai citizen 20 baht, foreigners 100 baht, inside the museum, the story of Nan province is well described. The story of the ruler of Nan province in the old days. Outside the museum, the walkway built naturally by the ลีลาวดี is another good place for photo shots.

From the old palace of the prince of Nan to the city hall in modern era, nowadays, this building is functioned as the National Museum of Nan. The museum is located in the central of Nan old town. The exhibition is also great and worth to visit.

Tidy, uncomplicated museum. Partner's choice to come here - might have even earned four stars if it weren't for Thailand's stupid dual-pricing.

We enjoyed learning a bit more of your local history through your artifacts and displays. To promote more tourist support, more English translations would be very much appreciated.

a SMALL but a very NEAT museum, MUST SEE ! it is inside a very nice 2-storey airy OLD PALACE, well set to the east and face to the Wat Phrathat Chang Kham, across the statue of the 'Nan King' and the green park ! the architecture seems to be a mix between European style and Thai style in the old day. the exhibits were all about the ethnical history of Nan and the religious art of Buddhism. too bad that I had less than an hour here. please plan more time (at least 2 hours) and do homework about Nan history. it is a good introduction before visiting other attractions in Nan !
