One of the legendary restaurants of Chanthaburi cuisine. Durian massaman curry is awesome, but my favorite dishes are the ones that use 'krawan' or cardamom stems. Great food, classic restaurant.

This is not a luxury place or a place. That have the best service ever but it's all about the food. They have a small menu and every single dish is delicious and the quality it's probably one of the best I've tried lately. I'll be back here soon!

It’s a well known restaurant which every visitor of this nice town should been visit. I can highly recommend the dishes with cardamom. Moreover you have to try the Chanthaburi curry it’s very tasteful and definitely something special what you can’t find anywhere else. All the food I tried is a little bit more in the sweet side but tasteful. Service was fast and we got our food within 10 minutes. Price is very reasonable.

I was in chanthanburi for the weekend and I heard about this restaurant through Mark Wiens. The staff here were so friendly and nice to me, one of the staff did speak English quite well. Theres a menu and a vegetarian menu. The food is so delicious, I never had a disappointing meal. The flavours are amazing. It's Very rare for me to miss eating at a restaurant but I really do miss the food here. Hopefully I'll be back again some day.

Casual place (plastic seats, outdoor seating) but tasty local food. Has a vegetarian menu. Mushroom salad, curry, and noodles very good. Fried basil tofu a tad oily. Doesn't take reservations, so just line up and perhaps avoid 1800/1900 peak hour .

I wish they had a warning on the dishes regarding how spicy they are. I ordered the stir-fried chicken with cardamon stem, thinking that it may be something special. It turned out to be just too spicy for me. I couldn't feel anything other than my burning tongue. If you like spicy food, this might be for you, but not me.

I followed the recommendation to taste local food here which was good. I ordered the signature dish of Chantaburi which was “Braised Pork Belly with Cowa Leaves” and other like fish sauce cabbage & dry curry minced pork. All test authentic and good smell of spice. Restaurant was busy during lunch time but not too long to wait. Price is reasonable. Owner is friendly and recommended to come in the right season which they normally cook Massaman durian.

Here’s the local popular Chantaburi restaurant. We’ve tried many popular menus and all dishs are great for us. The suggestion dishs are rose apple salad, signature pork (Moo-cha-muang) and some sour-and-sweet crab with vegetables.

Wow. Usually highly recommended places struggle to live up to the hype, but this one does. Unpretentious roadside and plastic chairs of course but the food is outstanding. Krawan spiced fish, pork curry and green beans in shrimp paste brilliant. We'll be back tomorrow and probably again after that. Stunning eats.
