Very clean and simple room, well worth the price. The room is small and basic, but has a large tv. For a quick stay, like a road trip, it's an easy and clean place to stop. The bedding was nice and the pillows were high quality, which is rare. (most pillows in thailand are super thick and hurt your neck, but these were quite nice). There are TWO hop inns in Rayong; strange but not impossible because they both are from the same owner and from one place you can see another. This place is right next to a food market which is very convenient. You could do 10k morning running to and from the beach.

I would like to commend the hotel staff for the very warm welcome and excellent service. I had been staying regularly in Hop Inn Rayong since 2018 and the service has been consistently great!

Horrible service and impossible to get a room without a number of specific documents. Ive liked Hop Inn hotels before but this one was insane. They required passports from me and my friend and refused to accept one of us having a drivers license.

Nice budget hotel. Space is fit enough for temporary staying. Opposite the hotel, there's a big market with very various tasty foods.

Very nice and clean rooms. However I was travelling here from Bangkok and left my passport at another hotel where I still had a room. The receptionist didn't accept my UK id even though the sign said, in English, id or passports are accepted. Luckily I had a picture of my passport on my phone which was accepted. But their policies are quite confusing for tourists.

All good, except airco on the verge of breaking down. Was a few hours without air.
