I had the pleasure of staying at the only and tallest hotel in town. As soon as I entered the central area, it was impossible to miss the impressive presence of this hotel. The location is extremely convenient, as it is situated next to a mall that offers many options such as dining, services, including a supermarket. The room was spaciousness, cleanliness, and modern design. The layout was well thought out, making it suitable for all types of travelers. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the fact that they provided both firm and soft pillows to cater to individual preferences. While the pool could have been cleaner, I couldn't deny the fact that it offered the best view in town. Additionally, I had a wonderful experience at the hotel's rooftop bar during sunset. The ambiance was lovely, and I was thrilled to find out that they were currently offering a happy hour promotion. All in all, I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you ever find yourself in Rayong. The convenient location, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, breathtaking views, and enjoyable rooftop bar experience all contribute to a fantastic stay.

This is the best hotel in my life. Staffs are all nice and polite. I had good experience from begining to end. during stay. Room are big and view is nice sea view. The reception lady is very cute and my heart are stolen. I need to come back to this hotel again to get my heart back.

We loved our one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Rayong. The staff welcomed us when we arrived late at night, upgraded us to a suite, and let us choose our loyalty program privileges (free breakfast, bonus points, etc.). We were given room 2302. The bathroom was very spacious, all amenities were provided, and the bed was really comfortable. Although we went to the lounge on the 27th floor, we were too late for the evening munchies and free beverages. We decided to go to bed due to our late arrival, so we didn’t visit the rooftop bar on the 30th floor. Breakfast is served on the 5th floor. There is lots of seating, an excellent selection for breakfast, and strong coffee. But be aware that the ramp inside the car park is really steep and narrow.

Most people staying here are in Rayong for business, few for leisure. That being said, the pool usually has free seats, always room in the buffet hall, and the bar/restaurant at the top floor always has space. Service is wonderful, many English speakers so navigating is doable. Food is always good, view is immaculate. Located right next door to a mall with a Starbucks and many food options.

A fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was a superior king with great coffee and tea facilities. The staff were great from start to finish. The restaurant was unbelievable value and truly fine dining that I have not experienced for this price. The breakfast was also very good. I will certainly stay again. There is also a shopping mall with street food right next door. I had a green curry, ric and omelette for 60thb!

As the Holiday inn standard you can trusted. This place is next to the mall, it’s convenient and easy to go around. 🛏 The room is nice and comfy for sleeping. 🛁 Bathtub also available in some of room type. In the hotel you can enjoy swimming pool, restaurants and bar at the roof top. Parking : there are a lots of parking lots. Buffet : here there is dinner buffet at this moment.

It's one of the best hotel I have stayed during my business travel in Thailand. The staff have very seamless check-in process. The breakfast selection is a little lack in variation. But all in all it was still good. The room just need to do some maintenance as the paints are peeling off and my room the art was slanted, table was peeling too. Nearly cut myself. But highly recommended to stay here.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I want to express my thankful comments to all staffs here. We were taken care by Front Office staff, Khun Aum, that service guests with smiles, pay attention to details and can recognize guests very well. Khun Park, Concierge staff, who is kind enough to recommend some local restaurants for us. Not including the spacious rooms, with full facilities and nice view. The location is great, easy access to shopping mall. There will definitely be the third time for our family!

The best hotel in rayong that I have seen and one of the best breakfasts too. And my breakfast comment covers hotels in Bangkok too. I've stayed here a few times and will continue to each time I have to go to rayong. The bathroom and shower are also pretty good.

This is a hotel with no temperature. As a member of IHG, I strongly recommend staying in SIRACHA or even PATTAYA is better than this one. In addition to assisting the booking ARO, the security guard at the door is smiling, When I looked at each other staff, I didn't see any smile, not even a poker face. I got two dirty breakfast plates in a row. The service staff just took them away without saying anything. The cups in the room were obviously dirty, and the room facilities Good but terrible service, totally not recommended

Amazing hotel, we had the corner suite which is absolutely stunning! Compared to many other hotels this one is actually really cheap. The staff are amazing, the executive lounge, rooftop restaurant and cafe are all really good. The little one absolutely loved the pool and the infinity view. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a hotel in central Rayong!

This hotel is great and I can't put a bad thing on anything from the room, the breakfast, the parking or the location. But what stands out for me as I left was the staff. From the parking help, to the check-in and especially the breakfast staff. They made the entire stay just a huge joy and put a smile on your face. The very sweet ladies and men in the breakfast area worked hard and were always smiling and ready to assist - they deserve a raise and a huge thank you

went for a business trip. room is amazing. i like the shower and bathroom area. love how they did the separation using sliding door. super comfy king bed with comfortable pillows. comes with firm and soft options.

Restaurant 30. floor. Sunday "buffet". Only small salad and dessert buffet. Pizza or pasta include price. Havaiji pizza was one of the best ever eat. Big shrimps was good, too. Prices high. 555 bath. Seabuffet 785 bath. That true because we was only 3 customers. Very good view. Smiling waitress boss very professional.

The room is comfortable. Internet is unusable when hotel is full with guests. Limited parking space.

Sleek, new, modern high-rise towers over the surrounding ocean peninsula. Spacious luxury suites with amazing views, superb staff, good breakfast, great happy hour service. So comfortable and quiet! Kudos to IHG for building the nicest IHG property I've ever stayed in.

Nice rooms in modern hotel on main street of Rayong city. Wifi is good. Breakfast is in clean well lit area but good selection is only average. Recommend to take high floor with sea view. There is small mall next door with Starbucks. Foot massage across the street for 250 baht.

Great hotel , next to the mall , room was fantastic , looks very new , well laid out , , washroom was fantastic with nice shower and water pressure . Breakfast was good as well . Will definitely come back on my next visit . Staff at reception was fantastic as well . All in all just Superb 👍👍👍

Room and view are superb. Restaurant was delicious. Service is what you expected from holiday inn level. Location is city center and pretty faraway from the beach, ideal for business trip though.

I came to have buffet dinner here. It was alright not that grand as far as food goes per advertisement. Using government subsidize campaign it costs 600 thb/ person. Ribs are good and tasty. The restaurant is spacious in and outdoor tables but you must call in advance for RSVP.

Very good hotel, at breakfast our server One was fantastic - very welcoming and engaging. The view from the top of the hotel is very nice but t be e pool is just average. There is not enough comfortable seating at the pool and you cannot see the city/ocean view from the pool. The gym is good and has everything you need. The best quality of the hotel is the staff.

Absolutely fabulous. I had a perfect experience in this wonderful hotel. The room was wonderful, the breakfast sensational and the staff 100 percent friendly and professional, especially One who took time to chat with me at breakfast. I will return for another short holiday at the Holiday Inn in Rayong.

Title: My Favourite Receptionist Dear Holiday Inn and Front desk, This review is for Eye. I understand that she had made her move from your hotel since 30 January 2024, but it’s never too late to say something nice about someone who does her work so well. I had noticed the girl since my very first stay back in may last year, but I only spoke to her during my third stay last year. I remembered looking at her in aww because her English is so good. She understands her guests relatively easily and serves to her very best. A guest just walks over and before he had a chance to say much she knows exactly what he wants and delivers the parcel to him. Eye is an introvert but she is so good at talking with guests and getting them exactly what they want. Being at the front desk is not easy because whenever guests have complaints and problems they will go to the front desk. Eye is professional, she will apologise and offer something to assist with the issue without being told. Eye is so efficient and intelligent, she makes good decision calls and is a reliable existence that I am going to miss the next time I return to Holiday Inn. The mermaid.
