I don't leave a zero because it's not possible. Reception lady with a total lack of humanity. Family member with stage III cancer, in the hospital emergency room the day before with uncontrolled pain and nausea, medication that needs pharmaceutical approval at the medical center. Answer: wait, they have accumulated work (the previous day is a holiday, today, Friday and weekend, they are not going to approve my medication because they are not there). I tell him if you can please do something and when I could have the medication available and he hangs up on me. It's shameful that you have people like that working. You work in a health service not in a telephone company, have more humanity

(Translated by Google) The phone support is hilarious. They do not attend. The other day I was calling from twelve noon to 8 in the afternoon and the only person who answered me, instead of giving me the appointment to renew the subscription (the app did not work) and the one with the appointment gave me a later date, gave me another number and wing, start over. What to say that when I arrived the one at the counter was talking to the security and did not flinch on the phone. A shame that a person has a problem and has to go to the center because they do not deign to answer a phone. Look, I give them a 2 because my doctor is a sweetheart and he always tries to make things easier for me. (Original) La asistencia telefónica es de risa. No atienden.

We are the fourth generation and it has always been a perfect Health Center with good professionals and they always picked up the phone. After Covid19 everything changed... It is rare for them to pick up the phone, you have to move around and on the fifth floor the administrator is almost never at her position (she is in the coffee room at the end of the hallway). The afternoon pediatrician Marta Méndez never sees the children, she always changes shifts, now she has 3 days in the morning and 2 in the afternoon for conciliation, she says... (we have always had afternoon quota precisely to conciliate) she is a bad professional, she has no empathy With the kids (not even with the parents) she doesn't give importance to the symptoms, for her everything is normal, they are normal viruses from autumn/winter and school (now we are stupid parents who don't know anything....) Well, later After confronting her, she sent him to the specialist and the child has ASTHMA and thanks to her also hearing loss due to systematic exposure to "viruses" that she has neither known nor wanted to treat, that is why specialists and colleagues are there to help if she does not know .... And another thing is the minimum waiting time, one hour waiting with the kids and with an appointment... Without an appointment the wait is much longer if you are lucky enough to be attended to... It is shameful that because of For 3 or 4 people this Health Center becomes what it was not.

(Translated by Google) The physiotherapy service leaves a lot to be desired...regardless of the fact that sometimes they are saturated and cannot attend correctly, which I would understand. It was not my case. We start with the delay in care, two months later for a whiplash injury due to a bicycle fall accident, and a little less to start with what they call physiotherapy sessions. We continue with the assessment to see the extent of the injury...they didn't touch me. They asked me where it hurt and what had happened to me, but without laying a hand on me. The sessions: I went to several sessions for whiplash, and being alone in the room without any other patient, they dedicated themselves to giving me currents and a heat lamp for 15 minutes, and then a 15-minute massage more typical of a spa than a physio. Not arriving with that, the last day I went, they attended me late and dispatched me in 20 minutes. I see a total laziness on the part of the one who I imagine is the owner of the square. The problem is that we are complaining that they don't provide enough resources, and in this case, although there aren't any, I don't know, truth be told, the professional could have treated me much better given the time he had. I am lucky to be able to pay for private physiotherapy sessions and thanks to which I have recovered a lot, because if it were for those received at the health center I would still be doubled. It saddens me that having this service is not given the importance it has. The day they remove it, those who provide services there will complain and we will throw our hands in our heads, but maybe they are partly to blame.

Good specialists, with underground parking nearby, good covid-19 protections, mandatory use of a mask, specialties and a family doctor center. With a spectacular location near the sea, you can see the inside and it gives a feeling of peace, it has a deLante parking area but it's time to put in a ticket, I advise going early to find a place. Views from the inside of Orzán beach and Coruña sunrise and the beach promenade, beautiful views and images

I have complaints with pediatrics on the afternoon shift. They make an appointment for my daughter to get 2 vaccines in a single appointment. Fortunately, another pediatrician warned us beforehand that this was reckless. The afternoon nurse gets confused and gives him a vaccine that was not the right one. After 10 days they call us to warn us and we have to give him one more vaccine. The same nurse, at 2 years old, in an appointment for another reason, tells us that she has one vaccine left to get, which we verified was not true... That same nurse has zero empathy with children, far from transmitting peace of mind to them. , it scares them. My daughter doesn't want to step into the center for her. We have changed to the morning shift and so far so good. Nurse and doctor with clear skills in dealing with children. It is to be thankful.

(Translated by Google) (I give one star because it won't let me post without one) Terrible treatment, terrible organization. They don't know anything. Neither the reception nor the doctors. You ask for an appointment or drop by phone and they don't know what they process. They make you lose several mornings and in the end you don't solve anything. They lack empathy and common sense. WE WEIGHT EVERYTHING. BUT THE COMPLAINTS NEVER GET ANYWHERE...

(Translated by Google) On December 7, we had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and they saw us at 12:10 a.m. The appointment was in the infirmary, Sabrina Suárez, a lousy professional, rude and bad dedication to the patient, it seems that not going on a bridge made her feel bad. The public health service is getting worse and worse and there is a proliferation of poor assistance and respect for users, in short, of pain.

The primary care provider is incompetent to treat you and refers you to a specialist. In order not to wait half a year, you go to the private office from which you bring evidence and reports and they refuse to prescribe the treatment, inviting you to continue waiting for the suffering public. For a public system like this where private doctors financed with public funds neither resolve nor allow others to resolve better. And we all win, patients and taxpayers

I give it one star because there are no less. Deplorable attention. It is a shame that the praised Spanish health system works so abominably at an administrative level. As soon as you request something outside of medical appointments, you only find obstacles and problems. The only solution is to go there as a greengrocer, with my respects to the greengrocers who have more empathy, interest and intelligence than these useless people... and they pay these people with my taxes?... A shame.

Incredible why in order to talk to my doctor it would have to be neither more nor less than El Judini, even my Abente y Lago Cardiology sent her the results and they had to implant a sten and that was more than a year ago, I mean I could die because why I'm still waiting for him to have a moment to take the trouble to dial my number and maybe that's how he'll realize that I AM A HUMAN BEING AND QUITE A HUMAN BEING BUT WELL, SEEN WHAT I'VE SEEN, I'LL HAVE TO GO TO THE SERGAS AND PUT A DEMAND AND WEIGHT BECAUSE HER HIPPOCRATIC OATH I IMAGINE HOW LITTLE THEY RESPECT IT DUE TO UNGRACE. JUST IN CASE I AM TALKING ABOUT DR. LAGO. THANK YOU, CONTINUE WELL.

Pleaserrr.......some chairs for those over 85 years old is too much to ask for????. They make you wait outside on the street until it's your turn for a simple blood test. No preference for the elderly, no chairs outside and inside a ridiculous bench in the one where 3 people take it and don't even give up the seat to the elderly. Anyway......I think it's a shame.

The only good words I have for this health center are for my family doctor: Dr. Rosario. She is a 10 professional and it is the only reason why I have not left this health center. Since it is very difficult to find good professionals and she is empathetic, professional, and attentive. Otherwise I only have bad experiences and complaints. Especially with the receptionists and nurses. The rest of the health personnel have a total lack of empathy, they answer poorly, and they do not take you seriously. And it is something that, from what I see in the other reviews, is very common. The first thing you should have as personnel working in healthcare is: EMPATHY.

(Translated by Google) What to expect from public management services... Having to wait more than an hour due to the pathological incapacity of the person who grants the appointments to estimate how long it will take for each person to be seen. It's a shame to have people crowded into a waiting room as if they had nothing to do but enjoy their afternoon in the (at least comfortable) seats they provide. It is very good to have to pay forcibly this disastrous service.
