This is a low scale budget hotel probably targeting traders from long distances within and outside the State transacting businesses in the popular Abakaliki meat market (which for now is the major market here) Shango fruits will be cheap option. For those looking for weekend get away this is not the place to be. Besides, the place is not fenced raising security concerns.

Shango fruit Hotel is located at new market road junction, it's exactly at the road side and surrounded by other mini shops because it's apparently situated in a market area. I disliked the hotel because of it's location and unquiet environment. The noises from peoples generator, or other engines used by marketers for different purposes won't allow someone who wants a peaceful moment to get it. Though outside of the small building have been repainted, the inside isn't very attractive.

Shango Hotels is situated at New mkt Rd , Abakaliki. It's a place to be , when you are looking for a good hotel accommodation.
