It's a strip mall with a couple of alright stores. The main areas feel decently clean, safe, and well lit. For the area and growth though, I feel that Abbotsford would be smart to build a bigger and better mall. This one is obviously outdated and needs either a complete overhaul, or to simply be torn down and replaced.

Honestly I like the community vibe that it portrays because of the diversity of the people who attend the mall and it's nice shopping And convenience to one and all walks of life Young to older generations senior ladies to elderly gentleman and youthful children and their older growing loving parents. Glad that I can come to laces clothing outlet store and be greeted like an old friend through all the last 5 years of constant shopping there is like a home away from home type people who work there. Great place to shop and watch life and all it entails

What happened to this mall? There are some good shops but not many left. The Michele's that is here seems spares for items. I do have to say the bathroom was clean.

We love the Santa pic set up at Seven Oaks. I've been going for Santa pics for 13yrs. I love Buddy the Elf who assists there. She's awesome!

A large shopping mall in Abbotsford has all of the prime stores that you’d expect with major tenant holders, including London drugs, and the banks. Lots of adore parking. Would recommend.

It’s a bit odd of a place when compared with Seven Oaks Mall - however it was always meant to be a type of strip mall. I am really sad to see that Sleep Country, Pier One are gone … but mostly Bed, Bath & Beyond SIGH!! I loved browsing Pier One even though it was over priced, and I loved going into BB&B for Yankee Candle and new novelty items. They are missed. The main anchor here now is London Drugs. It’s one of the best London Drugs IMO. Big, great layout, tons of selection, usually you will always find what you need. I am sad they closed their High Street location as I found it less busy and generally a more relaxing place to shop, erg whatta you going to do. Oh yeah the cosmetics department is amazing so many brands you don’t see at other stores! Glad the Tim Hortons is still there and the Starbucks. The inside of the mall is quite odd - it’s a desolate place compared with Seven Oaks but there’s other options. I wish it would get some more home decor stores/outlets.

How is this even a mall? I didn't even know there was a mall here until I tried to find a pet store... I went to the pet store, they were just amazing! Beyond fabulous customer service. Five stars for the pet store. Zero stars for the rest. = overall three stars. Also, bathroom...yuk. seriously the oldest public washroom I've ever seen. Bulldoze this junk pile of a mall and start again.

Our bank and some of our favourite shops are located here. Lots of parking and quick easy access.

They have pet lovers and that is my main reason for visiting. Pet lovers is a great place, very knowledgeable staff unlike many big box pet stores, and they listen to the needs of their customers. Love them!

This used to be an ok smaller mall. However it is now mostly a strip mall with a few inner stores remaining. Gone are London Drugs, Starbucks, the Shoe Repair to name a few. Pet Lovers is the main store for me as it's been there forever! Same owner too!

This is the only drugstore I really have mixed feelings about. The pharmacy staff is nice, and they try their best to be quick. The rest of the store will that's questionable, I was at the electronics counter and waited for 15 minutes for help no one around, when I find someone they're like oh ill find someone to help you. Ten minutes later still no body showed up, so I went somewhere else, their loss.

West Oak still has a lot to offer. It's been contested that now that London Drugs has moved that it's unlikely that the mall will survive. Have you been into Michael's or atmosphere or any of the other stores that are in that mall they have a lot of parking and they have a really nice traffic flow that allows you to get to where you need to go

Absolutely liked the selections of stores there, and wasn't too busy when I visited it, so all in all it was great place to check out

Ok selection of shops, but could be better. Clean though including the bathrooms. Parking is kind of annoying sometimes.

We go there all the time. Coffee from Starbucks and great muffins from sticky buns, and a little shopping at London Drugs. Tables at the back means a great place to meet with the family.

All around good atmosphere is charming most of the mall is clean some areas looked uncleaned for a while but still a great place to get all the things on the Christmas list

Went to Michael's, sleep country, and bed bath and beyond. Usual things at normal prices. Some drug seeking individuals in the area. Atmosphere is a go to with great things to purchase

Great mall. Can be very busy at times. Lots of parking. Has a Reitman's, a Michael's , London Drugs and Tim Horton's is close by.

I have been coming here for a few weeks. With an indoor track, nice variety of weights and workout equipment. Pool and hockey rinks. Includes a Cafe to get snacks. It's a pretty good community center... Gets very busy with kids being next to the schools and skateboard park.
