Traditional Italian style spaghetti place with Really nice staff, and I enjoyed taste of pesto linguine with chicken. Portion was not bad, actually we ordered one dish for two and asked to make in half in two plates and it was still satisfying. Dishes come with salad or you can replace with onion soup for additional $2.5 It was very nice that server brought us two soups just because we were sharing. Don’t forget to get fresh cheese if you like. Very nice vibe. Decoration is also nice with lots of chandeliers, carpets on floor and nice tablewares. This branch was missing iconic car seat usually you see in other branches. I visited there during a long weekend around 5pm, and had to wait about 20 minutes in wait list to be seated. It is located right in front of hotel and I guess this is one the reasons it was very busy. Free convenient parking also available.

Came in around 2:30 they had a few dinners but not busy at all. Staff behind bar notice us but never did anything. Waited almost 2 mins before we got to sit down. Our server was friendly and kept our drinks filled. When it came to the meal the side salad was small and chicken Alfredo ravioli was very small ( see pictures) . For the amount you pay. The flavour was as to be expected though.

A quick and friendly hostess got seating for 5 of us within 2 minutes. Awesome service by our waiter. The food was delicious. I had a garden salad with toasted garlic cheese bread. That bread was scrumptious. My son has an Alfredo Mushroom Fettuccini, my partner had Lasagna, my older granddaughter had the Shrimp Tortilini and my other granddaughter had Spaghetti. No one had leftovers!!

Sorry, but it's too much... Before we asked to change the knife, because it was dirty, th waiter changed all the set but the fork was dirty too. Our celebration birthday was totally ruined. I never write bad reviews, but this time, it was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Honestly, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at a Spaghetti Factory restaurant. My husband and I have dined here a few times since moving out this way and have met some absolutely lovely staff! The food was always made so quickly - it felt like we barely had to wait! I loved getting recommendations from our server and so appreciated their extra efforts with us. I already love the food and environment of the restaurant, but the incredible customer service just tops it off even more! :) We'll be back soon!

On Mother's day it was busy they made room for my family. Thank you again for that 🙂 Was the best service we have had in a while in any restaurant . The food was delicious and they gave out a free Carnations for mother's day upon leaving , just a wonderful experience, thank you all for doing an amazing job🙂

The service is always great. The bread and the Impossible Meat Balls pasta is very tasty. But it lacks a full set of vegan options. It has no bread spread, desert and the only salad option is salad with balsamic vinegar.

There is definitely a difference from location to location, not just in staffing but in food quality as well. Have visited afew old spaghetti factory locations Whistler, and Langley and enjoyed them a fair amount for a chain restaurant, but truthfully this location didn't live up to those past visits. Not to say the food was bad, it was pretty average, just some marked differences from what we had experienced in the past at other locations. Both my wife and I found our salads a ceaser and a garden salad to be heavy with an almost overpowering vinegar that we hadn't experienced before, the bread was not as hot and fresh as we are used to at a spaghetti factory and the butter was not the soft easily spreadable whipped butter that normally comes with the bread. The lasagna I ordered was nice and hot as usual when ordered so that was great, but I felt it was light on meat sauce and far too heavy on the ricotta cheese to the point the taste and texture was overwhelmingly ricotta cheese and not much else. Given the number of differences in food quality from our point of view I gave this location a 3 star review, however the staff as usual where very friendly and fast, the location is clean and well maintained and as I said the food wasn't bad, just not as we expected, perhaps on a future visit I'd try a different menu item and give it another go. Generally Old Spaghetti Factory is a budget friendly place to have a nice family meal..but since it's a chain not exactly real Italian food.

The lasagna was in unedible so dry and tasteless. The spicy lasagna was hot sauce just poured on top the pasta. It was so bad it made my mom cry

Our server was the sweetest. So attentive and friendly. Food was just okay for me. Value is good. Large portion sizes. Bread was a little stale. The treat at the end was so good, though.

A nice cosy diner vibe, great food, good deals. Overall was a very pleasant evening. We did an order of the Ny steak, I asked for medium well, it was a bit under cooked, but tasty nevertheless. Loved the appetizer as well, the mozzarella triangles ❤️ Definitely recommend!

The dining experience was so much better on my second time coming. Yes, all I had was a caesar salad and chicken tenders w/fries. But they were tasty.

I thoroughly enjoyed every second I spent in this establishment. The atmosphere created by vintage art and decor is heartwarming. The food was exquisite, really outdoing everyone's expectations. Service was genuine. We met some incredible people and made some new friends,(pictured below). Shun really is a staple of this restaurant. Quite possibly the finest place to dine in all of Abbotsford.

Smaller portions then we are used to, but far better flavor and amount of ingredients!! My seafood fettuccine was loaded! THANK YOU! Service was impeccable! We were well looked after, as busy as they were, each and every one of them took the time to ensure our needs were met! OUTSTANDING!!

A little overpriced for the pasta quality, the bread we were served before starting our meal was very dry. It was good, but nothing that will blow your mind. Staff was very friendly.

As I was saying to our Server [Rick], the last time my husband [Bas] and I were there was 18 yrs ago with my Dad. So here we are .... let's try it! We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parm. It came with a loaf of hot bread, soup and salad, main meal and ice cream for dessert. The food was delicious and served very hot [temp]. I love really hot food and it was! I needed to blow on every bite. The seating was comfy and even though it was packed with patrons, we were able to chat without too much trouble. We had such a great fun time but what complimented the night was our Server, Rick. He explained everything to us in his humorous caring way.... and, fast! Oh my word, what a PRO! So much for Olive Garden! We'll be back to The Old Spaghetti Factory soon. Thanks so much.

Good food, wonderful service. I got the spaghetti with meat sauce, which had lovely flavour. My only complaints were that the restaurant was absolutely SWELTERING hot (uncomfortably so - it was actually more hot in the restaurant than outside), and the service felt a little rushed. Aside from that, it was good! 🙂

The restaurant was super warm. Apparently they were having issues with the AC. But this place also just feels sticky. Food was ok. Had sweet potato fries that were undercooked. Wine was ok . At least things were affordable. Service was brutal. I feel bad for the server. She seemed new and was definitely overwhelmed. Even the manager was flustered. But we were there for a half hour before we were given our drinks. No water offered, only 4 place settings even though we asked for 6 people. It took an hour for our friend to get a gluten free menu. They were clearly very busy and understaffed and got in over their heads. I have sympathy, I am sure serving is difficult but I can't give a better rating given what we experienced. Edited to add the GF menu so you don't have to wait as long ;)

Service started off slow, we waited for a bit to be seated but I was impressed by our waitress at the end. The food however was just what you would expect and nothing more. I know these restaurants have recipes to follow and there’s not much they can do to make things more flavourful so when you go here don’t get your hopes up for something you couldn’t just whip up at home. Service ended up being excellent and that is why this review is 3/5

We have been to different Old Spaghetti Factory restaurants and we were never disappointed, but our first time here in Abbotsford somewhat did not meet the expectations. I would not say it was a bad experience since we had an awesome server, she was excellent but its mainly the food that was a bit disappointing. First off, the bread (which is supposedly one of my fave from the TOSF) did not seem very fresh, it usually comes out warm and light but it was more on the “rubbery” side almost and even the butter that came with it was more clumpy and difficult to spread not sure if its due to the texture of the bread too or what. The caesar salad tasted too sharp for me like it was too acidic, the vinegar taste was very strong, I never had an issue with a caesar salad :). My main dish was the Mushroom Alfredo Spaghetti it was good, again slightly different from the other branches but it was not bad. The atmosphere here was cozy and relaxed and most of the staff are friendly. Overall, I still like their all-inclusive deal, I will just probably try something else on my next visit.

Good service and great portion sizes! We had the lasagna and the chicken with ravioli. They have an “all included” meal which has a soup/salad, ice cream and tea/coffee which works out well. I would try this place again, it is in multiple places in Vancouver as well.

How could you not love this place. When my girlfriend asks to go out this is her 1st choice. Unlimited bread with salad, pasta, ice cream and your choice of drink, all for a decent price. I prefer the seafood fettuccine and my girlfriend goes for the classic meat sauce spaghetti. And we usually polish off 3 loaves of bread to make it worth while 😄 Service is usually great but during peak times they can be little rushed.

Fantastic food and service. Bam bam shrimps is good and cranberries goat cheese salad is tasty. Service and price are worthy

Went during a dine in only period. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The staff went extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Food was good too.

Our server patronized us in this silly sing-song voice the entire meal, treating us like we were children. She forgot much of what we asked, rushed us through each step, and did not bother offering the dessert and hot drinks which come free with the meal! Had we not brought it up, they would never have come. Her product knowledge was poor, and overall we were not satisfied with the experience.

Manager filled in for an absent employee and did an exemplary job. Fastest service I have ever received at any of the spaghetti factory locations. Much faster than I am used to. Well done!

It has been a while since we went out to eat. The food was good like always. We did have to wait a fair amount but it's due to staff shortage so we understand. Our waitress was helpful and friendly.

What a shame! Spicy garlic bread? Why? The only redeeming quality is decent staff, but the floor manager(?) wasn't the best. Took awhile to actually get our food, but everything comes premade now apparently. Use to be better.

👍 This was only the second time that I've been to a Cactus Club so wasn't sure what to order as there wasn't a lot on the menu that I would normally choose from.
