There
is
definitely
a
difference
from
location
to
location,
not
just
in
staffing
but
in
food
quality
as
well.
Have
visited
afew
old
spaghetti
factory
locations
Whistler,
and
Langley
and
enjoyed
them
a
fair
amount
for
a
chain
restaurant,
but
truthfully
this
location
didn't
live
up
to
those
past
visits.
Not
to
say
the
food
was
bad,
it
was
pretty
average,
just
some
marked
differences
from
what
we
had
experienced
in
the
past
at
other
locations.
Both
my
wife
and
I
found
our
salads
a
ceaser
and
a
garden
salad
to
be
heavy
with
an
almost
overpowering
vinegar
that
we
hadn't
experienced
before,
the
bread
was
not
as
hot
and
fresh
as
we
are
used
to
at
a
spaghetti
factory
and
the
butter
was
not
the
soft
easily
spreadable
whipped
butter
that
normally
comes
with
the
bread.
The
lasagna
I
ordered
was
nice
and
hot
as
usual
when
ordered
so
that
was
great,
but
I
felt
it
was
light
on
meat
sauce
and
far
too
heavy
on
the
ricotta
cheese
to
the
point
the
taste
and
texture
was
overwhelmingly
ricotta
cheese
and
not
much
else.
Given
the
number
of
differences
in
food
quality
from
our
point
of
view
I
gave
this
location
a
3
star
review,
however
the
staff
as
usual
where
very
friendly
and
fast,
the
location
is
clean
and
well
maintained
and
as
I
said
the
food
wasn't
bad,
just
not
as
we
expected,
perhaps
on
a
future
visit
I'd
try
a
different
menu
item
and
give
it
another
go.
Generally
Old
Spaghetti
Factory
is
a
budget
friendly
place
to
have
a
nice
family
meal..but
since
it's
a
chain
not
exactly
real
Italian
food.
