Best burger place, in the lowe mainland. In my opinion. All the toppings were fresh. Juicy burger. Me and my partner came here for a date and werent dissapointed! So delicious 😋

The staff is super friendly. The location is very inviting, the interior is very cozy in the old style. Everything we ordered was excellent: Arctic Cod fish & chips, long ireland ice tea, simply grilled chicken salad, double berry cheesecake. If you order a side dish, you can reorder it for free if you are still hungry. The restaurant is good for friends/ dates/ families with children.

Flew in from Edmonton Alberta on my first flight just to eat at Red Robins. I have been craving the Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap for the past 3 years since they closed their location in Edmonton, this location has great food, and service. -We had dinner here 2 nights in a row, we might come back tomorrow before our flight back home!

I love their burgers. The food is delicious. Service was good and fast on Saturday evening. They were not like super busy. Staff are nice, and always smile. The place is relatively clean. Decoration is nostalgic and haven’t changed since forever. If it is your first time in Red Robins, you will love free refill on fries and salads. And burgers are so addicting.

Chrissy, our server, was amazing. Super friendly and efficient. We were in and out super quick. Had the new pretzel bacon beer cheeseburger with the cheese sauce...... AMAZING!!

We had a very good experience at Red Robin! It's pretty much everything you expect from an American-style diner. The staff were friendly and our burgers were delicious. Moreover, the fries and drinks we got were bottomless. I would recommend!

2022: Red Robin was the best on this year's birthday yet again with the new scorpion burger with veggie patty and the best lava cake brownie that included a perfect strawberry sauce and ice cream to add to the hot oozing chocolate lava🍓😋 *also it's worth coming to this location instead of Surrey or Langley 2021: Had a very special birthday night here, the service was the best, she let me know about popular burgers and confirmed it can be vegetarian without me even asking and also asked people if they are royalty members ahead of time and everything was very efficient. Burger was high quality as usual👌

Well if they are supposed to be renowned for their burgers they need to be recognized for their chicken, shrimp and steak fries as well. It was amazing and the service was prompt and attentive. I love how the restaurant is a step back in time with all the posters and artwork. The young staff certainly have their work cutout for them as the restaurant is busy and quite spacious.

Great retro ambiance!! Fries was very fresh and delicious, burgers were grilled nicely, except one and Jacob and Carla, brought us a new one promptly. We went there on a weekend and the place was super busy and unfortunately the service was delayed. Overall we really liked our experience at this RR branch and will go back.

Every year, we bring the kids to embarrass them with the Birthday song 🤣 I absolutely love this , more places should do this . Most of the staff here are cheerful and happy to serve you , the food is good here, but I really miss the steak fajita's, I hope to see it back on the menu one day . It's a good place for young people to hang out , as the non-stop drinks , fries , salad .

Always good burgers and can't go wrong with bottomless fries and salad. Great fast service with nice friendly staff and very clean location. Kids love it.

Just had a wonderful experience here. The host was fabulous while I was waiting for the rest of my party to arrive. She'd just check on me to make sure everything was ok. She gave us a great table. Our server was very personable and very patient with us as my friend and I were catching up and talking nostalgia. She answered all our questions with a friendly attitude no matter how different our questions were. She kept checking up on us to make sure our drinks were good in a non-pressuring way. The food was ok. I've had their guacamole bacon burger on an keto bun before from another location and found it more flavourful previously. Though adding some of their seasoning salt boosted things up a little bit. Overall a fantastic experience overall and phenomenal compared to my previous experience at their Langley location. Will be back!

Haven't been to Red Robin's for a couple of years, but we were blown away! Had a couple of drinks and a couple of burgers, and absolutely delicious. The burgers were a touch pink (which we LOVED) but I was blown away by the assortment that I wanted to try. We got one of their beer cheese pretzel burgers and a southern charm burger, and both were done well. Our only real issue with the place was how long we waited to get seated. Empty tables everywhere, but we still had to wait 20 minutes for some reason? Didn't make sense to us.

It was okay, the burger patty was super dry. Fries were homemade but weren’t that good as they were too big to be perfectly cooked. The poutine gravy was flavourless. we asked for extra avocado but barely got any. The server was nice though, he informed that that we get unlimited sides.

Service was really special, and the restaurant was clean, with lots of seats. The parking lot is massive! The food we ordered was served quickly and everyone enjoyed their food. Their burgers were excellent, will definitely come back.

My family and I came here on September 16th for dinner for the first time in this location and we didn't have to wait to get a table for the three of which was nice. They had a high chair for our child and it was clean. The restaurant was overall clean and bright which enchances the experience. We came here to redeem the free birthday burger which we enjoyed. Now comes the issues. Once we ordered we waited for 45min - 1hour to receive our food. We noticed while waiting, no one received their orders in the section we were sitting in. Only after when we received our food the other orders were coming in. The server was apologetic and said they were short staffed in the kitchen and apparently they didn't know about it. Once they knew, they informed anyone new coming into the restaurant it would be a 45 min wait for their food. Once we received it the food, it tasted like the other Red Robins locations which is great for consistency. The biggest reason we went to Red Robins was the botomless fries but we didn't even receive any due to the lack of staff in the kitchen and we didn't want to wait any further. There were quite a few others that were upset with the wait times. Overall, if the food came quicker it would have been a great experience.

This restaurant is the single most accessible restaurant for allergy sufferers I've ever been too. The extremely comprehensive online allergy information gave me more choice than I have ever experienced at any restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful and had top notch procedures for food safety and cross contamination. Besides that the food was excellent and promptly served. 10/10 would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

The food was as expected at Red Robins. Extra stars for service. Alyssa went above to accomodate for our 2 kids like bringing fries before our meal arrived, getting extra mac and cheese, and providing an extra side of whipped cream for our toddler. This made our dining experience with two young kids all the easier.

We went here as a must stop trip to BC since we no longer have RR in Alberta. The food was quick, and I loved my burger. I have the seasonal one and it was delicious. The onion rings were amazing, just like I remembered. Makes me miss RR even more.

Tried the cheesy specials today. Their cheese sticks with the sweet spicy jelly were delicious! I also had the bacon cheeseburger with cheesy bacon dip. It was awesome. Looked like the picture. Did not disappoint. The service was great. Awesome experience overall. I will definitely be back.

Ill start with the good...our server was excellent. He was very polite, attentive and made good conversation. The overall experience here isn't what it used to be. The food was pretty tasty, but the fries were all served warm-ish. The location itself is looking worn down and dirty. The carpets were filthy, the table felt sticky, and the bathroom smelled unpleasant. The decor itself is very dated.

I always order popcorn shrimps for my kid they love them, it always great but had bad experience twice. They were overcooked, oil seems like overused has some weird smell and taste. I did not want to leave bad review but can't see my kids not eating them what they love most as to go item from red robin.

Came here with a party of 7 on a very busy day. Despite that, the service was great up until we needed our bills. The server took a long time to get us our bills so we could pay and get out. We actually had to flag him down. Other than that, the burgers we ordered were delicious as always!

Came for the onion ring tower and was not disappointed. Poutine was delicious, but we were wondering why it was served on a plate instead of a bowl(?) since there was gravy! The restaurant was super smokey and greasy-smelling though, and it made my eyes sting. Our server Edward was very kind and helpful and even opened a side door to clear the air a bit. Great experience on that end, thanks Edward!

Nostalgia! This place hasn't changed since I can remember. I love it! The food is delicious. I will confess they are having trouble with service times, took us 30 minutes to order and drinks not actively refilled (twice in our 1.5 hour visit). However, with how difficult it is to find staff these days they're doing great and you can see really working hard! Id recommend asking for refills on drinks fries or salad(bottomless pending on meal you order) once your food is brought out. It could probably use a deep clean but it doesn't bother me at all, and this is probably my top 5 resturants ever! Hope they don't close ever!
