Dog Off Leash Park - Stoney Creek

Tourist attraction Park Dog park

👍👍 Very nice dog park. From the huge parking lot, walk down a short path (on-leash) to get to the fenced-in off-leash area. What I like about this one, is that there are two entrances to the off-leash area (both with a contained area prior to entering). There are several picnic tables scattered around,... People often mention park, area, dogs, water,

Nice park! Not that large, but has a good space with big trees and a water fountain area. On a sunny day it's not muddy and it has adorning leashed trails to enjoy after a free run.

A great off leash park attached to Stoney Creek and Bateman parks. There is water here for the dogs too as well as trails to run and play in and a creek to splash around. A real standout. There is a playground in Bateman park too for the kids while you run the dog.

Very nice dog park. From the huge parking lot, walk down a short path (on-leash) to get to the fenced-in off-leash area. What I like about this one, is that there are two entrances to the off-leash area (both with a contained area prior to entering). There are several picnic tables scattered around, and even an area with a hose where dogs can have a fresh drink of water. I didn't see any poop bags available, nor any garbage cans. Not sure if it's because it's winter right now, but it seems that some folks aren't picking up after their furbabies. There are also big spruce trees scattered around the area as well, very picturesque. Highly recommend!!

Nice walk. People don't clean up after their dog 😠. Creek is a salmon habitat in spawning season. Park gets muddy .

Beautiful flat walking trails. There are creeks everywhere and it feels like you're not even in the city. There is an off leash dog park, and the trails are dog friendly. Not too busy, but seems like a popular place to take your dogs.

This is a beautiful park to enjoy with the family. There are special places for pets, with water bowls ready for them. Bridges and forest to explore, and trials to fill you lungs with fresh air and beauty for the eyes.

Nice to have a good sized facility for dogs to run and play. This enclosd area even has fresh potable water. Sadly, it become a huge mud hole for weeks at a time when it rains.

Nice spot to take the pupper. Lots of other dogs to play with and the trail along the river is beautiful! The actual dog park section is quite muddy and gross, which i guess is understandable having dogs running around there. I guess be prepared for a muddy pupper on rainy days! Otherwise nice park!

A Really pretty park with an amazing off leash dog area, with trees, a shaded sitting area and access to water. The dog area is BIG, lots of room for the puppies to run and play

Gorgeous off leash park! My dog loved it. There are lots of options on where you can stop along the creek to let your pooch or child frolick in the water, which is slow moving and shallow. There's also blackberry bushes you can pick from that a ripe in the beginning of August.

My GPS had a weird time finding it, but once we got there it was great. I haven't had any negative reactions with the people or the dogs. Plus even with the recent rain it doesn't have a lot of mud or puddles

Great off leash walking trail along the river. Lots of places to roam. And a fenced off enclosure for all your dog's needs.

Nice quiet location and not a big crowd, at least when we were there. Shade, little creek clean but long walk to get to the entrance.. maybe we missed a different one but it was good and the dogs enjoyed it..
