It was like no other a.c. experience. The hotel was so opulent & grand, it felt like you were in Vegas!! I wish I stayed longer..the blackjack dealers were the kindest & even gave u tips..the spa atmosphere felt like paradise..it was a 1 of a kind hotel which treated u like royalty.. I'm def paying back with loyalty & can't wait to come back for more!! O..& the bed- the most comfortable ever & the room & shower was perfect!! Thank you waterclub for an amazing time!!

It's been awhile since I've stayed at The Water Club. My May visit was very nice. Security guards at the elevator were always ready with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable. Completely met my expectations.

It's not a great start when you check-in and the clerk says "uhh, ok". Totally unprofessional and unpleasant. The rooms are outdated. No soap left for us. Three parties ahead of us also complained about service/rooms. If you stay here, stay at the Borgata. The Water Club just doesn't care about you.

Very expensive (8/22). Room wasn't bad. Nice but not luxurious as advertised. Water Club's inside and outside pools are nice and definitely fancy. When you enter from the parking garage you find to check in so you think that's where you're supposed to go. BIG mistake. The Water Club has its own check in with much much smaller lines. City view rooms are nice but make sure you pull the curtains when you go to bed because you get very bright morning sun. Parking seems free but you have to pay on the way out. A little deceiving but cheap ($5)

Overall, It's okay. Nothing special about it, So recommend coming here if you can get a good deal, but otherwise there are much better hotels and casinos elsewhere in the Atlantic City. This is a large casino with two towers. It's clean and there are multiple large swimming pools. If you like swimming, this is a plus. The casino halls are cavernous and they have tables for smoking and non-smoking. Because of the spaciousness in the high ceilings, it doesn't really get very smoky. As for the service, I'm not sure if the staff really likes working here. They seem tired and disinterested. I deducted a star for there being no staff late at night. I had a room next door that was blasting their boombox and I tried it for nearly an hour to reach someone at the front desk, operator or concierge- and no one ever picked up. This is probably a safety concern as well.

The newly renamed and refurbished MGM Resorts Tower is spectacular! The only negative is that we were harassed and mocked by three other guests when all we were doing was quietly entering the Borgata from the parking garage. Security, perhaps, needs to step up their game.

Five star luxury! Spent two nights on an impromptu getaway, and couldn't be happier! Beautifully decorated, top tier service, resort level pools, fine dining, quality and attention to detail that is often not seen. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury experience, and a level above the Borgata. Worth every penny.

They really should change the name. The indoor pool was closed during my trip. Oh and I wanted to use the top floor spa/ pool 🏊 and was told it was permanently closed and has never reopened since pandemic. Sooo were is the water??? Oh right I had a bay view room so i guess that's the water. Speaking of the room which was beaten down. Furniture missing, shower rack broken/ missing. Bathroom not clean. Stains on the sheets. 🀒 Casino was under construction so half the slot area was inaccessible. The tables were reasonably priced but the dealers were rude! Then the floor boss was also rude!! This place has become a over priced joke.

This was my first time physically back at the Borgata since the pandemic and my first time staying at The Water Club in years since I've always stayed at the main hotel. What was once chic is now severely outdated. There are no convenient outlets next to beds unless you go behind the bedside table and dive into a thick coating of dust. I requested a non-smoking room (and it was) but everytime I re-entered the room, I was hit with a smell of cigarette smoke. In the middle of the night while I was sleeping, the cover to the air unit came crashing down. Behind the air unit, you can see a thick layer of dust just covering the filter. I had the reservation during the week from August 3 to August 5, and ccording to their website, The Water Club only offers in room dining on the weekends. Moving forward, I will not choose The Water Club.

Overall very nice aside from an iron that had brown build up and no time to replace or late for dinner reservations. I ended up getting some on my fuschia blazer. There was no makeup mirror and a cheap blow dryer. Bath products very nice! The shower should come with directions! We then went to dinner reservations at Old Homestead Steakhouse we almost went back when an employee told us it was closed for renovations! We were very upset when he decided to check with another staff member who said it was temporarily in the basement. That's for another review it was amazing!

Great time at the water club. There was a private party that was being hosted. Security was really tight. So tight that it was slowing everything down. Appartley there was a triple stabbing that occurred weeks before. Cool venue, sound system is great. Great visuals. Drinks are as expected $$$.

Rooms at water club are nice an they need to be updated they are older looking than the Borgata side!! It was still cozy an comfy.. The walk from the waterclub to the casino is longer from your room. Had a good time an have the Best Host in Atlantic City Joe Hayes!!!

I have stayed here about a bunch of times over the years and this was the worst experience I have had. I am not sure what changed. Bathroom had clump of hair and used shampoo. Was held on hold for 2 hours trying to book an extra night. No sympathy from staff. Workers seem very unhappy and unpleasant. Mold in the upper left corner of the shower. Terrible experience. Will not be coming back. Better to go to mohegan.

The Waterclub at Borgata is a beautiful resort. Our Vista king room was immaculate and ready for early check in. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. We did go to the breakfast buffet in the morning. The foods were fresh and my omelet was cooked to order with fresh eggs. Thank you for a wonderful weekend getaway!

We stayed at the Water Club on 12/30-12/31. We specifically chose this hotel to utilize the Water Club Pool. However, upon arrival on 12/30, the pool was closed. We contacted front desk who said he doesn't know why it's closed and that it should be open. I inquired if it would be open the following morning and he said yes it should be. The following morning at we went again and it was closed yet again. We spoke to front desk and this time they informed us that the pool has been closed for a while and will be closed indefinitely. What?! If it's been closed for so long why are they still advertising it on their website? And why are their employees so uninformed that they have no clue? It was extremely disappointing that the primary reason we chose this hotel was closed. What's even more disappointing is that there was no notice of the pool being closed, even when going out of our way to ask. When contacting front desk, we were provided false information, forcing us to waste our time yet again. Perhaps this hotel should work on better communication of available amenities so customers are not disappointed. As for the rooms, they are clean, but outdated. Lots of wear and tear in their furniture, sinking mattresses, and stained carpeting. Really the only reason to stay here would be the pool, which is CLOSED!

Check in was a hassle because we parked in a lot on the other side and had to drag our heavy bags a long way. We were not told there was somewhere closer to park. But! We were given a room with the most amazing view! We enjoyed our big picture window for the whole night. The room, including the bathroom, was amazing. We had a great meal downstairs near the casino.

I stayed in the MGM Tower this week for the first time since i have been coming down to AC the last 10-15 years for conventions and I have to say the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and bathroom was immaculate. Very nice rooms, and staff.

They fixed it up nice here. It's much better than before. The rooms are modern decor and very clean. The pool is adults only. So grateful for that. The Borgata pool is full of screaming kids all day. It's hard to relax over there. But the Tower was great...and the shower. Loved it.❀️❀️

This is such a stunning hotel! The pictures don't do it justice. Newly remodeled and has a lot of amenities. The best part is the pool area. 4 pools, 2 indoor, 2 outdoor. Plus two hot tubs. Bar service at the pool and it's ADULTS ONLY!!! Love it! It blends nice with the casino and there's a lot of great places to eat and drink.

Pools close at 6pm and require to wristband. What’s the purpose of tags when you have your room cards? Outdoor pools have very little shade and crowded. It you try to eat at American prepare to wait for 2 hours. No water bottles in the room. Queenie the manager was no help. The staff just shrugs

After checking into our original hotel, we immediately left and came here. Water Club was clean, comfy beds, full pressure shower and felt safe walking around. We are at several restaurants and all were tasty. The adult pool is also a nice bonus if you are looking to escape from your kids or other kids.
