Good equipment, great gym, great atmosphere. I'm a complete novice but have been completely welcomed by other members and staff, haven't been looked down upon once. People can't do enough to help

🫤 It would have been a 5 Star up until today, when they sent an email out saying they are shutting the Spa down for the Autumn and Winter months because it is expensive to run. I have just signed up for a year's membership but if they don't do a U-turn within a week, I'll be cancelling my membership....

😐 Too busy. Facilities are lovely just too busy for me to the point you can’t use the equipment. The pool area used to be relaxing but there are regularly really loud classes on, it seems they’re in need of another pool. As when you’re in the sauna you can just hear class music or children lessens etc...
