Food and drinks served relatively quickly , however food preparation is pretty average. Steak to be fair tasted pretty good but there seems to be inconsistent quality on pizza/garlic breads. The pizza had a under cooked base and the Garlic bread had a closer resemblance to a burnt edge oversized crisp. Servers were a little over keen to check if everything was OK, before we had chance to actually taste food , and after we realised the pizza wasn't particularly great we were told it they could make a fresh one but as its just cooked against timer there was good chance on replacement being the same so we declined. Just feels like a little extra care and attention to food finishing would make massive difference

The food if I'm honest was a bit grim. Chips cold and clearly an attempt at reheating . American burger on the smallest bap. Mixed grill was tiny and meat was overdone and dry. The only saving grace was the price of drinks.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. We were very hungry and couldn't find anywhere else to eat. Two ladies recommended this hotel and they were correct. The fish and chips were beautiful. Reasonably priced and very good value for money.

Argyle on tour!! A tricky game tonight. Had a few beers and a meal here before the match. Friendly ladies behind the bar and even cheaper than normal due to this weeks beer festival. Just ridiculous prices! The curry was excellent at a tenner....really no different than going into an Indian restaurant and paying £25. Plenty of locals around and of course lots of Argyle fans....and yes.....we won and went back afterwards for a celebration drink....or two...

Corner building. Big split level room. Big beer garden. Good choice of beers. Staff good.

My first visit at this Weatherspoons & I was very happy😃. I quickly phoned up to check if still serving food as I needed a very late tea, Food served until 11pm Sun night, fantastic! Quickly downloaded the App on arrival, ordered food/drinks from our table, & promptly served. I had Strawberries/lime Cider/Simply Curries Beef Madras with Pilau Rice/Cookie Crunch(New on menu)@£1.55 all excellent taste, portions size was fab, definitely worth the money, all under £10!!. I'll be back again soon 😁

We was in Accrington for a appointment. I don't do weatherspoon food, but it seemed like the only place to get some breakfast. Wow !! The food was excellent staff great surroundings clean . Moral of the story don't tar all weatherspoons with the same spatula. Recommend.

Poor portion sizes and for what was received it is extremely over priced, when the dish was taken back to the staff they stated that it was the correct portion the 6oz American burger was more like a single cheese burger from McDonald's definitely nowhere near 6oz and I received almost no chips with my dish I can hapily say I will never be attending that ws again. Recommend 0%

Super chilled vibe. First time having a few drinks here on the Sunday bank holiday. Staff are super friendly. Yummy pub grub & drinks! Mixed crowd. Fully enjoyed my time here, will be back soon! Was there again on Saturday for food.. chef food is on point! Thank you

It's a wetherspoons, what more can you say?! Food and service was standard with no complaints! Atmosphere was ok but not our priority as we wanted to eat and leave to drive 2.5 hours home.

Always good what ever we order fast service and some good cask beer's on and this place doesn't cost a fortune so based on this l give it 5 starts

I just ordered the special, 10 oz rump steak, tomato, chips, mushrooms and peas £7.99. Requested medium rare but when it came it was raw with blood coming from it, gristle through it and inedible. I ate the dry chips 1½ thin slivers of mushroom, ½ a little tomato and dried up peas, it is one of the worst meals I have encountered.

Went there just yesterday, even though I’ve been a few times it’s actually really nice. The reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because their cheesy garlic pizza is just a tortilla with cheese. Very unimpressed for £4.75 Other than that -Staff are great, very clean and prompt. Bathroom was clean too. P.S. it was a Tuesday

Is what it is, A Spoons beer was the same, ordered online, except I couldn't get Mango chutney with my ham and eggs So, not all Spoons are the same.. Everything else, passed with flying colours. Otherwise, no complaints

Brilliant experience. Fast service and great prices. One of the best spoons I've been to. Quite small so it's often difficult to get a table but really good. Attentive servers who are on the ball with clearing tables. Would recommend. You can get a pint for as little as £2.26, or £3.60 for the cheapest decent stuff. Whisky and mixer for as little as £1.71.

Not bad place, quick service, only minor fault was I ordered and paid for an extra bbq sauce on the side after our meals were presented to us but it was never delivered to our table, it was table 35 on Sunday 19th March, other than that it was great.

Friendly staff and adequate sanitising measures in place. I called in for breakfast and wasn't disappointed, decent quality food and free refills on hot drinks. Winner 😁

Can’t go wrong with a Wetherspoons breakfast and this is no exception. The food is good, no issues at all. Plenty of choice and you can make changes with no hassle. Plenty of sauces to choose from Friendly helpful staff The interior is a bit tired but it’s ok , plenty of seating that ranges in size Parking can be found around Accrington with a short walk here

Reliable food at a very good price. Toilets immaculate. Unfortunately a lot of customers are not. Probably more food on the floor than on plates. This despite the overworked and underpaid staff doing what they could to cope. Mr Martin needs to spend more on his staff and staffing than seeking publicity

Place looked quite old from the outside however once inside it has that typical wetherspoons feel, with 90% probably having a meal.. Called in about 11:30am and it was already quite busy. Ordered both food and drinks using the app and both arrived pretty quick considering how busy it was..

Nice pub. Food was tasty. Table was clean. Nice atmosphere. We entered the pub and sat down ordering table service without being greeted or acknowledged by staff. We waited 20 minutes to get our drinks to then be told they were very busy even though the pub was not full (assuming they were short staffed). Food followed 10 minutes afterwards. Staff were friendly and apologetic. Would be rated higher if service was quicker.

Had a meal there, chicken burger onion rings chips and 3 slices of bacon. And a glass of wine for just over £7 very reasonable plenty of it and nice and tasty. Will go again

Always good food when I go and if there is an issue it’s minor and they sort it out no problem and promptly. Staff are friendly and quick to help. Lack of tables can be an issue at times

After previously giving the branch a 5 star review I feel I need to edit this. My partner went in today with my 10yr old to have a little mum and daughter date. My daughter was bought the alcohol free version of the kopparberg that my partner drinks only for this drink to be taken away by the manager stating it was company policy not to allow children to drink alcohol free drinks. This policy can only be found online and no mention of this is on the menu or signed anywhere. No drink replacement was offered as a gesture of good will just simply taken away and my partner was told she would not be refunded either.

Typical whetherspoons with good deals on drinks and cheap pretty standard food. Unfortunately the clientele on this occasion let the experience of a family brunch down and staff could have done more to manage the inappropriate behaviour of some of the people patrons

Quite busy, to say it was breakfast time, the place was already buzzing . Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was standard (can't complain for the price) my chicken was pretty overdone, had to leave a bit that was not edible. But this is pretty standard with nuked food.. however, I had a nice time and will visit this branch again

I hadn't been in a spoons since before lockdowns. The prices are so much more, used to be closer to a fiver for the ultimate burger and a soft drink , now its almost a tenner and the portions weren't big at all. I got a small handful of chips . But it is what it is

Cheap and cheerful can't really go wrong

This is a nicely positioned pub near the town's bus station and is relatively quiet, while it has added fantastic Christmas decorations for the season. My employee discount was easily usable here and the staff were kind, giving me a lime for my Corona Extra when I requested one. The drink itself was really good and the table was fine, having been kept totally clean.

Only thing let it down was dribking out of plastic cartons. Suspect because it was match day but been to many other pubs match days.still serving in glass . Only had one and left due to this Beer from a plastic container never tastes same

been here a few times and the breakfast has been very good. this time they had ran out of beans the toast was rock hard and the bacon was very dry. got an extra hash brown but they were dry as well. had to get a pepsi to wash it down with.
