Great staff friendly Food Amazing. They always welcome us and our young person Liam who is Disabled. The smile on his face as we enter Francos says it all. Its definitely Wheelchair friendly.

Enjoyed my first meal out at Francos after the Covid lockdown..Such a satisfying feeling to enjoy an evening out after many months . We were greeted so very warmly. The service was prompt and perfect.. All the food that we had was full of flavour and also was piping hot..Thank you to all, here, working tirelessly to give us an evening off from cooking..Thank you most kindly.

Turned up to Franco's on a busy Saturday night to find out we hadn't booked, one of our party of 6 had forgotten 😳 The staff were extremely accommodating and rallied to find a table for us, they were extremely helpful and friendly. The service was brilliant and the food on every course delicious. We had a lovely evening. Thank you to all the staff.

My first visit to this place. Quite impressed by the menu. Italian is not my favourite but I enjoyed the starter and main course I had It appeared to be very busy but the service was excellent and prompt. Recommend booking if possible before you go.

My wife rang at approximately 6pm to ask how long the wait would be for a table for two, (they only take bookings for parties of 4 or more). She was told if we arrived in the next half an hour we might have a short wait of half an hour or less. We arrived to be told we would have to wait due it being busy and told to go upstairs and order drinks. . We didn’t mind the wait however after waiting for over an hour, I approached the woman at front of house to ask how much longer we would have to wait. She told us that there were still 2 couples before us! We have been regular customers for nearly 4 years since moving to the area and until change of ownership we have never had any issues. The food and service had always been excellent. They need to have a more organised booking system or tell people that they’re fully booked when they’re that busy. We ended up leaving without eating and by then it was too late to go elsewhere.

An excellent traditional Italian restaurant in the heart of East Lancashire - good service, excellent food at reasonable prices! Would thoroughly recommend but book as it gets busy!

Loved the atmosphere in Franco's! The staff are something else - I've never felt so attended to, nothing was too much for them. Special mention to Stacey who really took the time out to chat with us and just clearly loved her job. The food was great and I was bowled over by how reasonable the price was. Will definitely be back!

I had no idea this place existed until a friend invited me for tea and it was absolutely stunning. The people serving were really friendly and helpful, the food was incredible and we couldn’t believe how reasonably priced it was! Plenty of choice and everything was delicious. We also liked that the main meals came as a choice of small or large, all of ours were “small” but definitely enough! Would also like if they offered custard with the crumble. Will definitely return!

Food was excellent and well priced. We ordered the pizzas and one was gluten free. Both had been perfectly cooked and fresh. Restaurant staff are friendly and the food did not take long to come out. Would highly recommend 👌

Amazing food, which came really quickly. The staff were so nice and gave the children so colours and book so that we could all chat to our group of friends. I can honestly say if you have never been you are definately missing out. Highly recommended

We had a group of 25 on a Sunday night and every single person had a delicious meal, one of the lovely ladies even got colouring things for the kids and took photos for us as it was a farewell meal. Infallible food, incredible value and beautiful atmosphere/staff. Highly recommend!

14 of us dined there this evening. We had 2 starters, 4 mains, 4 desserts and 1 glass of wine for £85. I think that is fair value compared to the majority of restaurants. Everyone enjoyed there meals in a nice friendly atmosphere.

Stunning food, great service and the food was ready to collect when they promised. Soo tasty, the spicy sausage was a favourite but was soo hard to pick a favourite because it was all stunning. Very helpful staff and the restaurant looked like a nice place to try next time we're having an Italian.

Excellent food, shame about the service. We booked here for a hen do but they had a party of 30 upstairs. It took them half an hour to get our drinks ordered another 20 mins to order our food. And we had to keep asking them when the food was coming. Let's just hope we don't get a parking fine for overstaying at the 2 hour parking car park behind.

An all round excellent experience, from the minute you enter to the time you must leave you will have a wonderful time. Food is amazing and cooked fresh, staff are so friendly and welcoming. The best Italian restaurant for miles. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Average. But nice food. Never been before. And would go again. Not overpriced and nice staff. 1st time here. They are very accommodating and will alter your dish to your taste. It is not exceptional. But if you want to treat yourself for a reasonable price. It is still a nice go to place.

Great value and nice family atmosphere. My partner and her family have been coming here for years and it's easy to see why. The staff are really friendly, they're happy with kids around and you can't fault the quality for the value, so every time we come it's always an all round pleasant experience
