Service wonderful. Attentiveness just right, not too much either. Swimming pool, jacuzzi not crowded and can enjoy the tranquility. (Separate pools ladies and gents, not just separate times of access.) Rooms well appointed, excellent firm mattresses, pillows just right. Best sleep ever. Restaurants good variety of cuisines and good standard of food, enjoyable albeit expensive (though not more so than expected). Worthwhile. Would definitely confidently stay again.

My new favorite hotel in the city is by far the Grand Hyatt Hotel. It’s a place of exceptional art and elegance with homely feel, and there is little else to add. If you want to live like a royal aristocracy for a day or two and be treated like it, then this is a place for you. The hotel is quite big and posh, the restaurants ambitious big garden terrace is just fabulous and of course the Filipino servers especially the manager named John were so kind and accommodating. Overall, you’ll find everything here you’d expect from a modern luxury hotel.

5 stars hotel and looks like it but unfortunately their service was really bad and they don’t know how to treat their customers So if you are thinking to have a good night in 5 star hotel without ruin your mood or night Please think twice before you book this hotel I had the worst hotel experience unfortunately it was special day for me You know what’s the funny part when the manger called and apologized and want make it up for me so he offered me fresh juice for next time. I find it in life, you generally get what you pay for - and this is no exception. It won't replace my day to day coffee,but it's well worth splashing out of it if i fancy some caffeine based, self indulgence and luxury. Plus with the cool and relaxing place you can say every sip of coffee is worth trying for💯🫰 Special mention also to Mark who assisted me to select the best coffee that suite my taste, he is very professional in assisting and serving his customer and it seems he is a hard working guy. Kudos to you Sir Mark from Grandeur keep up the good work. Thank you also to Mr. Ahmed Sbehat. Great job guys🤝.. All I can say is come and visit this cozy place.

The positive side: The hotel is new and nice. The executive suite is big and clean. The gym and swimming pool are very good. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is connected to Al Rashed mall. Complementary fruits and Arabic coffee. The negative side: The AC in the suite was not working well. The bed was not comfortable. The suite view that we had was very disappointing. The kids are not allowed in the executive lounge. The kids are not allowed in the swimming pool after 5pm !

I loved the hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, excellent facilities, attentive staff. The hotel is also connected to the mall which was very convenient. They have a Starbucks in the lobby which was a big plus for me.

The hotel is perfect and clean, The receptionist Ahmed is not professional, he told me that he don’t have any king size bed rooms available and when I checked Booking.com I found that they still have available rooms. He intentionally enter my phone number wrong so the hotel customer service will not be able to contact me to ask about the quality of service. I used to be there for more than 10 times and it is the first time to face such nonprofessional guy in the reception

Staying for 4 nights .. poor experience this time although it is my 4th or 5th stay .. level of service is degraded in my opinion compared with stays before . I received several annoying reminders by putting written paper messages under my both rooms doors reminding for leaving at 12.00 pm !! They claimed that it is because of high occupancy although we are in the middle of the week! And I can still see room availability in the web site. This early check out interrupt my family plan for any possible stay extension. Front desk experience is bad as well during check out as they are repeating same messages with no apologies!. My full feedback about this stay will be shared as well with Hyatt global to help in improving the service to the desired level for customer satisfaction.

Our dining experience at the Grand Hyatt Hotel's (Asmahan’s seafood night) was amazing, earning a resounding five stars. As a group of six, we were immensely impressed with the variety and quality of the offerings. The seafood, undoubtedly fresh and flavorful, was the centerpiece of the buffet. I half-expected a mermaid to pop up and claim it back :p. The live stations of fish were a treat, offering us the chance to have our selections cooked to order, just the way we wanted them. This personalized approach enhanced our dining experience significantly. In addition to the seafood, the variety of other foods was remarkable. The steak, chicken, mixed grill, and pasta sections were equally impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes, ensuring that everyone at our table, whether seafood enthusiasts or not, found something to relish. The dessert selection, provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to our meal. From fresh fruits to a modest array of oriental and international sweets, it rounded off the dining experience beautifully. Special recognition goes to Ahmad for his exceptional service, always with a smile, adding warmth to our celebration, especially for my niece's birthday. In summary, this sea food night with its wide array of seafood, live cooking stations, and a diverse selection of other cuisines, it's a perfect spot for groups and families looking for a great dining experience. Looking forward to our next visit, and maybe explore staying at the hotel to extend the delightful experience. Thanks

Nothing special, we had extremely bad experience with the breakfast buffet, the staff isn't friendly at all , the drinks are the worst we had ever ,even in 3 stars hotels you won't get such low quality . We weren't allowed to have our breakfast outdoor!! the variety of food as well as the taste and ingredients' quality are really disappointing for such place. Definitely won't come again .

Beautiful view, lovely hotel. "The hotel is in a stunning setting, with a very beautiful view over Porto, but yet extremely near to centre of town. The interiors and public spaces are very thoughtfully designed and decorated. fornt side room view are especially lovely. My room was generously sized, ​and a pretty bathroom. The staff were very friendly and charming. Overall, I had a very happy stay here and I would not hesitate to stay here again

We stayed over the weekend between Feb. 24 -26. Although hotel was fully booked due the holidays season in KSA and although I was having second thoughts of changing the hotel from the negative reviews I have come across here, WE HAD AN EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE. From the suite facilities, spa / gym facilities, kids playroom, restaurants and most importantly the quality of the service provided by every individual who works here as they do strive in exceeding expectations. I went there thinking I would get the true Grand Hyatt experience, but obviously I had very high expectations. The rooms are finished with the cheapest materials, the decor is outdated and the electric socket fell off the wall when I pulled out my hair dryer. But the cherry on top of the cake is the toilet seat. I have never, ever experienced such toilet torture in my life! Whoever suggested this toilet seat should be put in prison for life, and this is not not just my opinion, it's the whole family's! I gave them my dress to have it steam-ironed and asked how long it would take. The guy told me a maximum of 1 hour. Honest to God, it took 2 hours and I had to call and ask them where it was. As for the ro service, we called and ordered and they told us it would take 30 to 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half! Never going there again!

The family and I stayed at Grand Hyatt last Eid and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were modern, spacious, and superbly clean. We particularly liked the lobby's design and found the room service good. We however, had 2 issues during our stay. The check-in took forever to complete and the receptionist wasn't very helpful and the breakfast buffet was unfortunately disappointing. The omelet was smelly and tasteless, most of the food was cold, and they didn't even have brown toast. The orange juice didn't taste fresh and the coffee was bland so I wouldn't recommend you pay the charge for breakfast with the room. Otherwise, everything else was nice.

The best hotel I have been in till now. I was invited to a farewell party in the restaurant and there were 3 more activities running but you wouldn't feel it's busy or crowded. It is so organized and the staff are all lovely and welcoming, The food is delicious and the place is awesome. We had Mamdouh, Amer, Norman, Pawan and Jordan around us all the time and they were extremely friendly and we got everything we needed. I came the next day to the spa and the kids enjoyed it more than anything or anywhere else. Thank you Grand Hyatt and all the staff for all of that and I am definitely coming again.

The team at front desk really bad. Slow and have no clue how to do a seamless check in and check out. Was told that I hadn’t paid when I did for the room. My brother took the hotel taxi to the airport and again was told that he hadn’t paid when he did. Not sure if it’s not reflected in the system or they don’t know how to read!! The process of credit card authorisation to payment takes 15-20 min which took take 5 min. They need to be trained better.

One of the worst hotels i've stayed in, in my life .. bad services .. bad hospitality.. checked in to my suite and i found out that the chocolates were eaten by the previous guest and returned back to the fridge .. the security followed me to my room and knocked my door because he was suspected that my wife was not mine .. when checking out they asked me for 500 more riyals for a mistake from checking in they withdraw less than the supposed price

The girl receptionist wearing purple Abyah and the employee named Abdulrhaman were disrespectful towards me when I came to collect my Qatari cousin remaining money from his last visit. They treat me with suspicion and asked for my ID and then refused to give me anything! Although my cousin agreed with them by phone that it will be easy and not like I’m entering a Swiss bank with maximum security! They need some manors. And one more note, they were smiling to foreigners and giving cold face to Saudis.

One of the newest hotels in Khobar, with a nice style and a great location. However, unfortunately, their employees are unhappy which is reflected in the service. The front desk staff unprofessional, did not offer to help with the luggage and the restaurant staff was slow and unwelcoming. I hope management works hard to improve the overall quality and works first on taking care of their employees. I shared my experience with the front desk but no one followed up.

Large room and nice bathroom. There are multiple elevators so you don't have to wait long. Breakfast is great and receptionists are helpful. Parking spaces are plenty although it could be busy on weekends. Easy access from the main road and not too far from many places you would go in Khobar.

Every thing was fantastic and we were really looked after. I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff were loved the decorations for my special event , this is the perfect hotel for weekend getaway in Al Khobar , I enjoyed every moment there. I would like to particularly say thank you to Ms. Haifa al Bagawi for her assistance and help during my stay from smooth check in & check out you made every detail perfect for us . We have left grand hyatt with some excellent memories and hope to stay there again in future.

Had a chance to had Iftar buffet today and it was very disappointing. The food variety was great but the Mandi dish just finished by the time I went there after performing Maghreb prayer. Considering the numbers of the people, it looks like the Iftar food management didn’t plan it well to provide enough of Mandi matching the numbers attending. بخيلين The barbecue selection taste was also not good. It’s probably my luck this evening, I took a new big plate and it was dirty underneath. I would rather like forget this experience.

I was there for a business event, my first impression was so great because when I first arrived at the gate I saw one of the security members feeding a cat and he was so happy doing it, and this gave me a good impression of the hotel culture. The view and the interior design of the hotel were fascinating, although the conference room was a little cold, and the restaurant was too cold. The service from the staff was great. The restaurant food was great especially the shrimps, although I don't like eating shrimps a lot I can say the shrimps I ate there were the best I've ever had. After seeing all of this I am considering visiting the hotel again but this time for a night stay.

The dinner was truly amazing and memorable, and the service from Mr. Ahmed and the rest of the crew was exemplary. Mr. Aniket, the manager, did a fantastic job in overseeing the entire event. We are truly grateful for the wonderful experience we had. Note : The dessert menu at the restaurant is one of the best I have ever tried. From classic cakes and pies to unique creations, they have a wide variety of desserts that are sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. The flavors are rich and the presentation is stunning. I would definitely recommend trying their various desserts.

This is a wonderful hotel in khobar, very new and trendy rooms and furniture, amenities in bathroom are lesser than expected yet satisfactory for one night I stayed but needs enhancement, breakfast is wonderful in terms of quality and diversity of the food items. Reception team was very nice to interact with and overall a good spot to recommend in khobar... However not close to beach and no optimal View to be expected. We had a meeting in a meeting room, the buffet was good and the service was too.

Loved this hotel very much! I stayed in a spacious room, with city view. The room was super clean, everything was sanitised!!! They have all your must haves! Their service is super quick, and the reception was super nice and friendly.. They offer arabic coffee and lemonade in the lobby, which was so nice of them!

I visted grand hayat when it first opened earlier this year and i can see how it reached a very low standard!! Sheets and towels does not smell fresh at all ! Grand hayat should make sure they do their maintenance on a regular bases and really check their quality! What i saw does not fit a 5 star standard hotel :( !! So disappointing to see how the level of services and facility decreased in a short period of time.

Booked a suite there last month for a special occasion, the hotel and suites themselves were amazing, but our experience was one of the worst. They asked for upfront full payment for the arrangements (roses and cake) in cash a day prior to our stay (Which cannot be done for someone who lives out of Khobar). The arrangement was not done until 6 PM, and we had to postpone our check-in by 4 hours because of this. The provided cake was for anniversary while I clearly mentioned that it is for Valentines day. They have a great potential to be the best hotel in the eastern province, but they need to work it out.

Last visit, we had a problem in the room. We were contacted by Mr Abdulrahman Alajlan who expedited solving the problem in a very convenient way. He also followed up on us to make sure everything was comfortable. Abdulrahman represented the hotel very well and we are now more excited to stay again in the Grand Hyatt Alkhobar.

I had a broken sink I filed a complaint and was ignored. Didn’t get my luggage an hour later and I had to come down to get them myself As kept calling for them but nothing. Not worth the money at all but it was best available. Friendly staff though. Loved the Arabic coffee at the entrance.

I just got married and I was looking for a great place to stay in for two nights and I chose Grand Hyatt because of the great reputation they have in Al Khobar. The hotel and the services are mind blowing. I needed to arrange some things for my guests and for my room. And the Assistant event service manager named Bassam took care of everything. He was so helpful and very professional. I recommend totally recommend the place for newly weds and if you need help with something ask for a person named Bassam, he is the man.

The staff is really approachable and friendly. The service was amazing. Thanks to Liza, Rachel and Lady. The food was so good. We will be back 😊

Rooms is new and tidy. Shower is good , also it contain a bathtub. There is a wifi also. Free water near to the reception while you're waiting. Hunger-station also if it paid already, they will allowed them to come to your room as delivery. The location also phenomenal because it in the middle of Khobar city. Highly recommend and I will visit it again for sure !

Bros: Fantastic hotel . Amazing facility. Worth visiting definitely. Cones : the reception was not as it should be. I took me around 20 mins to get to my apartment. There was no one to help us understanding the access to the apartment area neither there was signs to help us get to the apartment section of the hotel. And no one offered to take us there. Hope for more improvement in this Area.

It’s a new hotel in city. I was astonish with the huge lobby area. Full of sofas and very comfy. We had our dinner at Asmahan Restaurant. It’s an A+ ambiance. Looks like moroccan design. Food was brilliant. Specially sea foods night. It’s every Thursday only. We had a great time with my friends. Attentive staff and has a great sense of humor. Will definitely go back there!

I was visiting the cafe and restaurant inside the hotel, I wasn't a guest there, but the lobby was dazzling and i like the decor, in the inside there’s path to Rashid Mall, the food and the coffee is very good, they also provides Starbucks coffee in addition to the coffee of the hotel *PS: staff are pro🫶🏼

Very good over all. New and neat. One comment: everythings seemed perfect except for one weird thing, toilet seat is by far the worst of the worst. Who would think a rectangular shape seat is a perfect 5 star, and how is it aproved this way. It is quiet a torture. Not to mention tiny edge, which hurt sitting on. It is gonna be last I guess

We went for our wedding anniversary in roaslie cafe in the hotel, the location the space was amazing, the food was averge and sweet also. The only think i did not like thrle service although it was busy but staff should be orgnized and give the client more attention.

PRETTY AMAZING!! we had visited them in Ramalan for ifthar party and guys it was an amazing experience with their hospitality and food. The food, their decorations and the view from the dining area is an fantastic. They have few dining areas. We had visited the Sakana house and the vibe over there was amazing. Also appreciate the staffs at Sakana house for their hospitality. It was perfect customer service model.

We dined at Asmahan in Grand Hyatt and it was splendid! From the decor, to ambience, to the service and food - thoroughly enjoyed! Buffet was perfect size and the food was delicious! Thank you Mamdoh, Yahyo and Mario 💯

Great location with fantastic amenities! Convenience is one of the key features in this hotel. Overall, this should be one of the hotels to consider if you plan to visit Al Khobar.

I had an amazing experience with Zainab, she is so kind, adorable and considerate. She made my experience this time so relaxing and calming. I would highly recommend her and for sure my next appointment will be with her🤍

Every Thursday I accustomed to have my dinner in Grand Hyatt because they have a very special seafood dinner. Today the taste of the food was tasty and I’d like to send special thank you for the stuff specially chef Ahmed and the amazing stuff in the restaurant Mamdouh , Hannan and Ahmed . Thank you all

I stayed in the hotel for a couple of weeks during the Saudi Festival Film 2022. It is wonderful and has direct access to Rahsed Mall via. Helpful staff and a nice ambiance. During the stay, meals were mainly served in Asmahan restaurant. The food is great and quite pleasing. Big thanks to @chef Malik, @mamdoh, @Ahmed, @amer, @ram, @pawah for their amazing help and service.

This 5 star for the most helping guy named Jishan. He helped me carring the lugg & also tell every fecility of the hotel very professionally. I really enjoy my stay. ☺️☺️

This is bot the first time we cone here..we were in room 531, at first we were in another room but sadly our neighbors were with a new born baby so we requested to be transferred to another room, and i would like to thank all the staff they were professional and acted quickly .. the reception was helpful, nice , friendly, and asking about your needs. If you came with your own car, the service is fast for the valet. The room service also is perfect. The room is always clean. It is the perfect place to stay in if you come to al-khobar .

It was a nice stay The hotel services are high quality, except the valet, they took my car for valet parking and they lost my key for a while I had to search through all key cars to find mine

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, couldn’t fault the staff, food, rooms and spa. I booked in for a 90 minute massage treatment at the spa with Zinab and it was a very relaxing experience from start to finish.

I was at Grand Hayatt for a conference purpose. It was a great experience and would love to visit for a stay with family someday. High standards everywhere, convenient parking and cooperative staff.

A beautiful hotel, the restaurants very well designed. Beautiful! I only visited - did not stay over night.

OK I did not stay here but I did attend an all day business event in one of their conference halls. It was well managed though the experience could have been better. The lunch wasn't bad though.

I stayed in Grand Hyatt for 6 weeks in a row, and all the staff at breakfast pretty much feel like family now. I highly recommend the breakfast here, with 10+ kinds of cheese, wonderful collection of fruits, (even lychee sometimes), and the best freshly made omelet in town. The bread selection is also great, ranging from western waffle and pancake to Middle eastern bread, to cakes. All the waiters know that I need warm water before I ask for it, after I stay in the hotel for just 3 days. They all have good memory and are attentive to details :) A special shout out to Ahmed Spehat, Aniket, April, Hannan, Milan, Bhim, Noor, Divina for a warm greeting every morning. My day starts with their smile before I go to work.

Al Akbar restaurant is amazing. 100% service was attentive, proactive and accommodating. Ahmed and his staff absolutely blew my mind in their service and hospitality. Must go back!

Amazing experience for a short staycation. Female Fitness and Spa section is superb. my kids enjoyed the pool. dry towels are provided within the area. there are lots of washrooms and bathe closets to choose from which include basic amenities such as shampoo and body wash. we also enjoyed to stay at the Club Lounge with unlimited access to cold and hot beverages during working hours. the place is highly recommendable to families with kids.

I did a wonderful Moroccan bath at Nirvana in the hotel. Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end, especially Zainab, who did that to me was good. She was great and professional loved her and love the way she interact with me I absolutely recommend to go there book with her and enjoy everything🤍

Love this hotel. Second visit and the staff are very professional but friendly. Connection to the mall is great. Only minor knock is the gym is pretty basic but gets the job done. Room service food, Rooms and the view are excellent.

It’s my first time visiting Alkhubar & I am fortunate enough to choose my stay to be at Grand Hyatt . Such a perfect location , smooth check-in & check out , outstanding hospitality, amazing staff . Spacious room & bathroom. The house keeping staff were super friendly and helpful. My reservation was with Breakfast, it was out standing 👍🏻

Amazing hotel and room service offerings were sumptuous, the suites are tastefully designed. New hotel in Khobar with amazing dining options and lots of activities in and around the hotel. It certainly is the best 5-star hotel in Khobar, super courteous staff and family friendly amenities!

1- High Class Hotel 2- Moderate to Hight room rates. 3- Fast check-in and room service. 4- Lots of car Parking and valet. 5- I just don't like the Drive in entrance to the hotel, it does not reflect the high class of the hotel

Had an enjoyable stay for a recent business trip. Even though the hotel is a bit on the older side, it is very well maintained and the rooms are spacious, culturally decorated and comfortable with every amenity available. The breakfast options are great and the local and international staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Furthermore, it is very nice to see Saudi nationals employed front-of-house; it shows the progression, investment and diversification of the country.

I loved my experience in the hotel. The hotel always smells nice, very wide entrance. The room is clean and wide. The cleaning team are professionals. Bed is average but everything else is extremely pleasing. Their breakfast is tasty, fresh fruits, eggs station, variety of bread selection and cheese. I enjoyed the breakfast experience. Most importantly their staff are very welcoming. I’m from UAE visiting for work related event, I asked Asalah and Haleemah at the reception about places to sell Saudi coffee, they did not only recommend me the places, they even brought me the best Arabic coffee and prepared me a fresh one ❤️. One of my best experiences in Grand Hayatt.

Hotel coffee ( LOUNGE ) is considered one of the best places where you can have your coffee with desert. I usually come to have a Turkish coffee. It is outstanding and tasteful. The atmosphere is excellent and the hospitality was amazing especially ( Mark at the coffee lounge ). Well trained and provided excellent service to the customer complying with their requests. It’s not the first time and it will not be the last . Try it yourself 🙃

The rooms are luxurious, very beautiful, big and the bathroom are fancy. The breakfast are included and delicious. They have to restaurants and both the foods are delicious too. The personnel are very gentle and generous. Have a dreaming pool. 5 star hotel

Staying at Grand Hyatt Al Khobar was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast spread was not only delicious but offered a variety that satisfied every palate. The well-equipped gym made staying active a pleasure. The room was a haven of comfort, and the attention from the management and staff truly elevated my stay. Grand Hyatt Al Khobar has set a new standard for hospitality in my book. Looking forward to returning and relishing the excellence once again!

Stayed here for four nights while attending a conference earlier this month. The room was beyond my expectation, same with the room service and bell hops (fetch a taxi for me while it was raining outside and a bunch of ppl were waiting for a ride to the airport). However, except for one gentleman, all the other staff at the front desk (locals, wearing ethnic dress) were very young and oozed the lack of training and experience. I am sure they all wants to extend warm welcome to the guests but the lack of proper training and the proverbial difference in culture surfaces frequently; the management needs to pay attention here. The food at Asmahan and all the catered meals served in the conference was great. Finally, the hotel is connected to the mall that has a number of stores and eateries for all budget. Overall, happy that the conference organizers picked this hotel and I know a place to stay for my future business trips.

As a Hyatt Globalist, I have been to many Hyatt hotels. Among them, the service, facilities, and food here are all excellent, and the staff, Bibek in particular, is very friendly and makes customers feel comfortable. All other staff are friendly and great. I would recommend it if I knew the name, but it's a shame I don't know the name. I recommend staying here.
