I am currently in the hotel Room 213. Checked in yesterday morning. First room given to me Room 105, had no lock on the bathroom doors. Next room shifted to had issues with water heater. The bathroom windows open straight to the opposite facing rooms, where anyone can have a free show. The carpet was filthy, and had to call the cleaners to vacume the whole room again. As night fell, the room is infested with cockroaches. They are all over, the walls, bed, floor etc. Planning to somehow pass the night, and check out first thing in the morning. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone, for any reason.

It's best and comfortable because it's located at the center of the Adama town, Ethiopia 🇪🇹 You can get anything you want from around.

The room need's throughout cleaning and renovation it's neglected

Immaculately clean! However, for a "luxury" hotel, they could worry less about building additions and more about making sure basic items are availabile/functional. The room was very hot and the only ventilation is the balcony window, which has no mosquito nets. After a few bites I gave into sleeping in the heat. They told us they would provide fans then later confessed to not having any. The hot water also isn’t working, nor the blow Dryers, refrigerators, or some of the toilets (don’t flush). Not worth listing all the other minor items in disrepair. Enough to say, the building is too new to be in such general disrepair.

I love it I wish I had never left

It is a beautiful hotel, but the service is very poor. We could only get one towel even though we were two people. No hangers. Broken light bulbs, broken towel rack, no swimming towels for the pool. Door key was not working. Our friends' luggage got lost. I think there is a serious management issue here. I hope they will improve in the future?

Best hotel that I ever seen In Adama with every thing

Very fair price (1050 birr/night), for a quality hotel. Hot water with water pressure, pool, spa, gym and complimentary breakfast. Only issue was that there is no elevator, and the noise coming from the church/mosque at night.

We stayed at Ayu hotel for two days. The price is reasonable. One of the room stinks, might be due to chemical they sprayed to kill rodents/insects. The room service food is good. The breakfast is horrible and made cheap. The customer service at the door and reception can be better. They will ask for payment upfront. The location is great.

Loud at night. Sound coming from a band playing live music very near, probably in the hotel.

Beautiful place and locations. I wish every room has AC. I stayed there last year and I really enjoyed it. The same room I stayed in last year for under 5k birr is now 10k . I had to go to another hotel next door that has AC for way cheaper price.

Yes indeed this worset hte have never seen . I have been satayin so many hotes al over the world but this unfriendly, not customer orientated, dirty,I won't recommend the hotel to anybody.

I mean almost everything broken, service with attitude. The garden looks good the new building looks good.

We had a meeting for Save the Children NGO, and the facility was very nice great except their food service and ICT support staffs require consideration...

very hard horror place the custmor service she is pregenant but her service so annoying i ask the price she told me wrong she is lier. she didn't deserve this place. The waiter show me the room he said the price front side room much lower than back side . I'm surprised to get this but the lady miscominication with this waiter. The price is not appropriate with this hotel They have horrible custmor service at all. please, don't go this place !!!

The hotel was very good. The family room was big enough and comfortable for 4 people. The swimming pool was excellent. The water was warm even in the morning. The breakfast was not that good it should improve.
