I
went
to
the
resort
with
my
family
on
Saturday3/9/2022
and
planned
to
stay
there
till
Wednesday7/9/2022
.
unfortunately
I
had
to
terminate
our
stay
already
on
Tuesday
.even
though
we
paid
in
full
till
Wednesday.
I
had
to
request
a
refund
for
the
one
day
.
until
Tuesday
service
was
ok
and
things
run
as
planned
.Tuesday
morning
at
9.00
Early
in
the
morning
we
went
to
the
Dining
area
for
breakfast
and
were
informed
today
will
be
no
Breakfast
buffet
and
had
to
order
from
the
menu
.even-though
we
paid
for
the
packet
with
Breakfast
Buffet
.
we
ordered
from
the
menu
for
5
persons
.
there
was
beside
us
a
family
which
arrived
20
minutes
later
.
they
got
their
breakfast
15
minute
before
us
.
as
our
breakfast
arrived
almost
after
an
hour
it
was
in
4
plates
instead
of
5
plates
(the
cook
thought
some
one
from
us
should
share
a
plate
).
I
asked
the
waiter
what
is
going
on
here
and
she
called
the
chief
cook
in
b/n
he
took
some
ten
minutes
.imagine
you
have
a
chronic
sickness
and
at
the
point
you
start
shivering
and
your
hands
tingle
.
the
non
Professional
cook
told
us
he
had
to
bring
what
she
had
ordered
according
to
the
menu
.
5
persons
doesn't
order
4
plates
.
he
went
back
brought
the
food
already
cold
redistributed
in
5
plates
and
brought
it
back(imagine
the
waiter
can
come
back
after
5minutes
and
can
tell
us
the
cook
will
bring
in
4
plates
.
I
ate
some
chunk
to
readjust
my
Glucose
level
returned
the
dumb
cold
Omelet
and
went
to
look
for
the
manager
there
was
no
one
in
the
whole
compound
.
We
directly
went
to
the
room
and
packed
our
stuff
and
left
the
resort
Prompt
.on
the
way
out
we
met
on
the
main
road
manager
and
his
assistance
the
assistance
showed
me
the
manager
is
behind
us
and
comes
to
us
no!
he
didn't
come
he
took
a
three
wheeler
and
vanished
.
I
guessed
he
was
informed
and
didn't
want
to
talk
(may
be
fed
up
of
Customers
)
.
anyways
I
informed
the
assistance
what
happened
.He
was
really
sorry
about
all
the
happening.
He
even
called
me
in
the
afternoon
and
requested
to
remedy
and
facilitate
another
stay
,which
I
find
it
to
be
a
good
gesture
from
his
side
.
The
problem
is
we
have
all
different
values
in
life
and
the
thing
which
happened
to
us
counts
for
me
as
a
scam
.It
is
hospitality
and
every
one
in
the
team
has
to
play
right
.you
pay
the
requested
amount
which
is
relatively
higher
from
the
other
resorts
and
expect
also
the
resort
to
give
the
minimum
service
and
not
try
to
save
pennies
on
Breakfast
!
