I
went
one
of
Radisson
Blu
hotel
in
Sakarya,
Turkey.
I
am
a
US
citizen
and
I’ve
never
have
a
terrible
Hotel
experience
In
my
life.
My
wife
and
4
year
old
son
checked
out
same
night
at
12.15am
because
of
the
mosquitos.
Omg
they
were
all
over
and
I
took
pictures
of
the
bloods
over
the
wall
from
previous
customers.
We
called
the
front
desk
to
change
our
room
he
said
our
room
is
the
one
of
the
less
mosquitoes.
He
said
they’ve
been
having
problem
with
that
for
awhile
but
they
don’t
have
any
medicine
or
any
spray.
Our
4
year
old
got
bitten
a
lot
and
he
got
rashes
all
over
him
and
we
had
to
left
and
buy
medicine
middle
of
the
night
and
he
was
crying
not
to
go
back
to
hotel.
Therefore
we
requested
our
money
back
from
hotel
supervisor
and
she
was
very
rude
and
unprofessional
her
name
was
Fatma
Y***kaya
rejected
us
not
offering
any
solutions.
We’ve
never
expected
from
name
chain
hotel
like
Radisson
Blu.
Very
disappointed.
We
are
planning
to
take
this
case
over
local
agency
authorities
to
take
care
of
this
problem.
P.s.
I
mention
being
a
US
citizen
because
Radisson
isn’t
main
office
is
in
USA.
I
trusted
this
brand
but
not
in
SAKARYA.
