If you have a reservation and they think the price you got is good price they will cancel your reservation when you arrive the front disk.

I actually didn’t like the Animal culture. There are dogs and cats just wondering around like it is a cheap motel. The Radisson Blu standard is not kept. For example, there is usually 1-2 stray dogs near the entrance gate.I am not saying that they attack people, but if I am going to a 4-star or 5-star hotel, I do not expect to see such things which are basically found in small hotels in India. Also, I wanted to have a massage, but the girl at massage reception had a CAT. This is not professional as some people are allergic to animal fur and can get seriously sick. I know animals are cute for some people but please separate private and professional activities. Radisson Blu is a 5-star hotel chain. I know Sakarya is a small city but Radisson Blu name is big. Please improve.

Everything is good except the laundry service is miserable You have to chase your laundry into another guest room, or wash your cloth by yourself in the room

We asked extra bed for the kid didn’t bring and they charge for that extra 400 while check out. They charged this among . the receptionist guys ignoring our conversation while check in. From the staff only cleaning in the kitchen staff was very friendly, but reception all sad faces, No smile at all

First of all, I reserved rooms from their website and confirmed by email and did ask again the headquarters and confirmed my reservation and when I visit the hotel they try to excuse themselves that you didn’t pay the money and your reservation is not possible due to the fully booked . I will not come again to this hotel because the system they charge me for more money that doesn’t deserve

Not even deserve 1 star I went one of Radisson Blu hotel in Sakarya, Turkey. I am a US citizen and I’ve never have a terrible Hotel experience In my life. My wife and 4 year old son checked out same night at 12.15am because of the mosquitos. Omg they were all over and I took pictures of the bloods over the wall from previous customers. We called the front desk to change our room he said our room is the one of the less mosquitoes. He said they’ve been having problem with that for awhile but they don’t have any medicine or any spray. Our 4 year old got bitten a lot and he got rashes all over him and we had to left and buy medicine middle of the night and he was crying not to go back to hotel. Therefore we requested our money back from hotel supervisor and she was very rude and unprofessional her name was Fatma Y***kaya rejected us not offering any solutions. We’ve never expected from name chain hotel like Radisson Blu. Very disappointed. We are planning to take this case over local agency authorities to take care of this problem. P.s. I mention being a US citizen because Radisson isn’t main office is in USA. I trusted this brand but not in SAKARYA. IF YOU BELIEVE IN GOD I BELIEVE IN KARMA !!! We loved this premise, very kind staff, beautifull front desk, outstanding kindness, of course still needs procedures implementation in kichen/ restaurant reorganization and food quality upgrade...But thank you to all Staff, Front desk, housekeeping, Spa, management that were all one of a kind and most of the time Amazing...Always willing to help and most importantly to learn to make it better... Thank you, Will certainly revisit when around...Keep up the excellent job 👏. Recommended ...

That’s best hotel in Sakarya I have to say. And this time I got the upgrade from hotel, the room is big and clean and new. Everything is perfect. I was enjoying for two days here, for my business trip. If you don’t have local currency, you could exchange your euro in the reception.

The hotel is modern and nice. The front desk staff is well trained and professional. The waitresses are smart but we faced difficulties to be understood by the waiters at dinner. Not happy about wine’s quality. The food was very tasty. 5 stars for clean rooms! Good fitness equipments and pool.

Visit for work. Nice hotel and service. Good food. The hotel is located in an industrial area so there is nothing to do around. You need to get a taxi all time to move around.

The room rate is very reasonable comparing to Sapança hotels. The location is excellent, 10 to 15 minutes to Sapança lake. The breakfast was superb! And the staff are the best, very cooperative and helpful. The rooms are in excellent shape, looks like a new hotel or recently renovated.

The hotel restaurant is a big weak point. If you don’t have a car and can only eat here in the evening, you will pay more than in city and the food is…let’s say „too normal“…

A horrible hotel, that shamelessly serves food that has gone bad days ago. The staff is rude with the cleaning lady just barging in without even knocking on the door and the front office manager acts like she just works there and isn’t a manager who also told the security to not let my girlfriend in if she comes back and told us that we don’t have a reservation number.

Hotel is good But night rates are crazy if you call them. Never call them just go to a website like booking and book a room.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good facilities. If you are driving carpark is available. I really enjoyed the breakfast and highly recommend to use spa facilities.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and respectful, the food is great. The only problem is that no one on the reception desk speaks English, French or Arabic only Turkish it was very hard to communicate with the staff. We wished there was a tourist adviser or any person to ask any questions about the city or the activities near by.

I have to say that the meal , the service in restaurant is great. Actually everyone who work in this hotel is in every moment ready to fulfill guest wishes . The chief of restaurant great worker and excellent man . Top

great room , the breakfast is one of the best i’ve ever seen in a hotel , most of the staff are nice (they speak turkish and english) the massage is great aswell (Eka is a great therapist) my only complaint is one of the staff members is not friendly, (the blonde female receptionist) when it was time for checkout she told me that i had to pay 3500tl and brung out the paying machine without trying to discuss it, when originally my total was 2100tl (just for the massage) , i asked her about the reasoning for the extra 1400tl she told me that i didn’t pay for the room , when i actually did pay for it already, when she checked and saw that i was right she didn’t even try to apologize or be nice about it …. also i asked her if i can add one more day she told me that the hotel is full in a rude manner , but when i checked booking.com and other websites it said that it’s available… other than that she didn’t tell me about the checkout time until i asked her , i’ve never seen a hotel with an 11am checkout limit.

It was a pleasant experience for me The breakfast was such a great food I really enjoyed the reception and all the staff were really great and the spa truly great amazing massage I had the Turkish hamam was so good and fun You really guys should try that hotel
