Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located in the city of Addis. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. The suite was very good with comfortable furniture and the bed was comfortable too. The breakfast was excellent. Thank you for everything and we would definitely stay here again.

Neat, cold breeze and nice place to be and also use WiFi.Coffee, tea is reasonable priced. I tried the special pizza. I see that the dough is not crunchy,size is bigger than most places, toppings are medium,the pepperoni smells bad,liked the green peppers not too salty as many places who serve it.I gave it 3/5.

Wonderful city views from the restaurant, good food too.

Decent location but food is subpar and service is poor. The hotel is outdated and costy, it should be avoided if possible. You can find better places for 1/4 the price elsewhere.

A very nice family oriented place that makes you feel right at home.

There is a restaurant on the 5th floor. We were there around midday and it was not crowded at all. The chicken cream soup was excellent but the Tibs (minced beef roasted in a sauce) wasn’t that great.

Its a good place to stay in three star hotel in Addis ,good customer service ,nice food spececially if you stay with family you will like it.

Nice, budget hotel. WiFi is reliable, there are ATM machines right at the door, and the staff is friendly.

Stayed here for one week while visiting Addis and will never make this mistake again. From cold water to poor dining to small room sizes to poor hygiene especially during Covid 19 pandemic. I can say its definitely not value for money. don't be fooled by other " great" reviews like I did , the experience on the ground is far from whats advertised. please do yourself a favour and have a pleasant stay somewhere else!! P.S. I selected one star because zero stars was not available!
