Do not waste your money. The spa here will not do their job properly. They put avocados in my daughter's hair and they didn't wash it out properly. They will also not massage you properly or wash the soap off as well. I had to rinse myself off after they left. Overall, this is a waste of time and it is not worth it.

Didn't stay, but live in the area and use the restaurant regularly. The food is divine, restaurant service perfect, I am always delighted. Only disappointment is the cashier trying to short-change you at the end, which leaves a bad feeling as you leave. Check your change. (If management wish to follow up, I had this treatment 23rd May evening.)

It was terrible in a terrible area. I had a transit of 15 hours and ethiopian airlines took me there for a stopover to have a rest. Another negative is that it is located 10 km away from the airport

This is the worst hotel I have ever visited. From the food to the room to the bad smell in the toilet. Absolutely would not recommend. I stayed here during a 5 hour layover in Addis. The receptionist was nice but everything about it reaked cheap and poorly managed.

Ate a perfect habasha cultural food. Service is excellent. Atmosphere is excelent. Highly recommend it for a family or group outting for dinner or lunch..

Hotel looks good however there were details that are suppose to have been checked in the room before handing out to a guest. The intercom wasn't working hence you would have to go down to the reception if you need anything and also the front desk staff had to come knocking to inform us about breakfast instead of using the intercom. The telephone shower was leaking splashing water everywhere when bathing. The hand dryer wasn't working, couldn't use it . The smoke detector was missing from the room although the base was there but must have been taken out when it was faulty and wasn't returned back. This is for Room 403. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent, they were able to provide quality breakfast as early as 0521am to those leaving at 06am.

The ease of the reservation was amazing. I was travelling with my 2 cats and it was no problem to keep them with me in my room. Having a restaurant attached to the hotel was even better..I had a couple of 4:30a mornings and coffee and breakfast was great

We expected more from a three star Hotel. Transportation was delayed. The front of desk was helpful and friendly. Supper selection was limited one main dish with three accompaniments. Choice of Breakfast dishes was limited. No cheese available. The linen was not crisp. The room was spacious. On time wake up call.

Located in Northern Addis this is a good hotel with large meeting rooms and a restaurant. I only went here for meetings and enjoyed the food and coffee.

It's far from the International Airport, affordable, friendly staff, located centrally in the city of Addis Ababa. Food was OK.
