I really like this square & monument which commemorate the victory of Adwa led by Emperor Minilik II. Even though this is one of the most iconic land mark in Addis Ababa which depicts black peoples nationalism i personally don't recommend visitors to go their in early April, which marks the anniversary of the victory of Adwa hense the anniversary is recently degrading due to the harsh & brutal measure taken by the Ethnocentric authority against civilians who go their to celebrate Ethiopia & holistically Africanism.

Adwa Festival , it is the celebration of all African power reflex during 1886 Ethiopian victory against Italian force .
