I wonder how many times I skipped class to watch a movie at cinema Ethiopia. It was fun. I wonder what it looks like now. I am rating this based on a long time ago.

The queue is too long and is not comfortable since the place have no reception area to wait. Most of the chairs are too old and broken.

More than 50 years old original cinema, the Empire Cinema has a three shows daily. The first starts at 11.30a, the second at 3p and the last at 6p. It is also conveniently located at the heart of Piazza, one of the main shopping centers in Addis Ababa. The movies are as current as you're likely to get in Addis.

At the heart of piassa. Cinema Empire is one of the earliest cinemas in Ethiopia. It is located near Piazza in the heart of Addis Ababa; Go to the beginning of Adwa Road that takes you from Piazza to Arat Kilo. The Empire shows both local and international films. On weekdays, foreign films start at 11 am while local movies start after 2 pm. But on weekends the cinema shows local movies at 11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm and 6 pm.

Oh the indian movies that comes before the american one. I used to go there to watch American movies. They used to sell sandwich with a sift drink i think. I definitely remember the sandwich. It was great. After 4:00PM it was ony the English movie. I didnt watch the Indian movie there because i was not a fan.
