importantly, very clean. One can set the thermostat to ones preferred temperature. The wooden floors complete the wonderful ensemble. Did I mention the dependably fast WiFi? Just go there if you need a hotel ... it'll be difficult to do better elsewhere.

This place is the most disgusting dirty hotel I have ever seen!!! 🤮 Poor customer service! They do not allow you to see a room before renting, “it’s their policy”. If you check in and you find out your room is nasty, stained sheets with blood and other stuff God only knows, the sliding doors to the patio does not work and it’s unsafe etc…sorry but no other accommodation! You stay or lose your money! No remorse no nothing nada! TV does not work. Had to put a chair to keep sliding door for my safety. Room has poor internet connection! Walls are unfinished paint or whatever it is. Carpet is so nasty to even walk with you shoes on! I am beyond mortified and will tell any customer to DO NOT STAY IN THIS DUMP!!! Mind you I was tired and all I wanted was a hot shower and a good night sleep, but here I am upset and reviewing this place instead 😡

A while ago, on my trip to Addis, I did stay @Yadamzewd Hotel for two weeks.The reception was great; rooms were immaculately clean; with top of the range bathroom and variety of breakfast dishes to choose from which was a great start for my day. Not to mention, enjoying the authentic Gulele scenery over my terrace window. The only thing missing on my last visit was Spa. Saying that, I enjoyed my stay there. See you soon on my next visit 👍🏾

Amazing experience! Staff and reception people very polite and always happy to help. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable staying, that’s the one! I’ll definitely be back.

Everything is fine except that it has been downgraded from three years ago in need of a lot of cleaning and maintenance.

I stayed for 17 days at this hotel, I travel a lot and stayed in many hotels, I like to write reviews to make sure the guests are getting what they are paying for. From the front desk to the house keeping everyone was amazing. The rooms were very clean and the price was reasonable. Thank you for great service.

Ugly bad experience sheets disgusting service good but the floor omg

The worse customer service ever. They literally had us wait for 30 minutes( it wasn’t even busy 5 tables including us), to tell us the kitchen was closed and that the cooks are gone. Big lie i was the a chef in the kitchen, the manager didnt bother to apologize but one of the waiter standing there did. I definitely don’t recommend that spot, we walked down to Siemen hotel where we got the best service.

One of the worest service I ever had in this hotel they are not upto the task no satisfaction at all. The restorant to order the food they don't pick up the phone fro breakfast they will let you wait for long hours for example now still waiting for the food they brought me only hot drink the food still not yet arrived. No manager tv not working Internet you need to change every day by contacting the receptionist other wise you doomed. Over all pls dont book this hotel to avoid your disappointment.

Visited Addis before on business but came back this time to to enjoy the capital for myself. Spent 6 weeks in Yadamzewed International and would have been longer if I could have. The premises was prestine, the staff very welcoming and helpful while the food (particularly the breakfast) was some of the best I had the whole trip. Plus the price was well within budget which allowed me to more thoroughly enjoy myself on vacation. 10 out of 10 and I'm sure I'll be back. Betam gobez o 👌🏽🙌🏾

I have never seen such a bad hotel. First thing it’s very dirty ‘if you see the floor of the room,the blanket...... 🤮😷‘dirtiest of the dirtiest’ The food is tasteless, I called the room service at 8pm for a dinner and told me proudly “the chef went home & no food ” then I have to go out to eat dinner and I got delicious food at sarem! Internet connection was bad. The hotel doesn’t have a manager it’s just working by the goodwill of the waitresses and receptionist! I gave it -100/10 score.I was planning to stay for 2weeks but checked out after 2days.

I have been a customer for this place, but I gave up on them for sooo many reasons. Don’t even waste your money by going to this place. They have very poor customer service, I don’t even want to mention about the front desk people, generally they are not happy to see any customers. They are mean, and their rooms are soooo dirty.
