My stay at Monarch Hotel yesterday was disappointing. The water heater didn’t work properly, and the sink kept filling with water, which was frustrating and inconvenient. To make matters worse, the TV in my room wasn’t a smart TV. When I called reception about it, they casually explained that some rooms just don’t have smart TVs. I asked to switch to a room with one, but they said none were available. These issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected. For the price, I hoped for better maintenance and service.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It's a nice place to enjoy with friends and families. If i am not mistaken they have live music /band on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday on the roof top. It was cold night and we requested if they can turn the heater on for us They have heater every corner. But we were told NO!!! 😔

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to Monarch Hotel. While I was impressed with the hotel’s atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the excellent drinks, I regret to inform you about a troubling experience with one of your staff members. On 2nd of November , one of the waiters attempted to scam us by providing receipts from past customers and directing us to transfer payment to her personal bank account instead of the hotel’s official account I have attached both the receipt . This behavior is not only unethical but also damaging to the reputation of your esteemed establishment. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the supervisor on duty, we found the response to be inadequate and unhelpful. This lack of proper management and accountability is concerning and needs to be addressed promptly

I stopped by Monarch Park View Hotel for coffee and custard cake, and it was lovely! The coffee was rich and flavorful, and the custard cake was perfectly balanced – not too sweet, just right. Great ambiance and friendly service made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a relaxing coffee break!
