Located in a premium area of ado Ekiti. The hotel rooms are okay and the services aren't bad. With the hotel located in its own close, it creates more room for additional cars. The hotel has other amenities like a swimming pool, bar, room service, etc. POS terminals are available for bills payment to make it easier and secured. The neatness and care of the rooms however need to be worked on.

The reception are so nice and receptive. They have a team of responsive employees. The hotel rooms are not as spacious as they should be or there is to much funiture. Their parking area is not as adequate as it should be considering the size of the facility.

My friend was doing his wedding last year and he lodged into the hotel, to my greatest surprise they did not allow me to pack my Golf 3 in the regular car pack just because the car was not up to their standard and for this reason I was so angry to the point that I had to sell that car. You guys have forgotten that I might as well have another car but just prefer to drive the small car but you chose to embarrass me before my friends. You are the worst in terms of hospitality

Recent visit...the only reason I retain a 2-star review is because Staff/front desk and valet are polite and patient in handling guests considering the difficult circumstances. Manager, a lady, is quite loud and impolite. Facilities have really declined to a bad state. No hot water, Floors wet, Sockets bad, Room seems damp, Food not nice but quite pricey. This place needs serious overhaul. Old post (1 year ago): Relatively impressive facilities but need to look more into maintaining the facilities and freshness(beddings etc) in d rooms. Some Front Desk staff have no biz being d Welcome-face for d hotel, totally rude, impatient, quarrelsome n uncouth. They should be careful with how guests are handled as we are all guests n expect utmost respect n professionalism. Wi-Fi... Almost non-existent. Pls get more POS. I shall be back and recommend to others though. All d best.

One of the best places to stay in Ado Ekiti. Good accommodation. 24hrs power supply. Courteous staff from top to bottom. However, there is room for improvement in the kitchen. The chef is lousy and incompetent.

Koltolel hotel reside in a quite area of the GRA in Ado Ekiti. The hotel offer all services ranging from gym, swimming pool, laundry services etc. Spent like 3 days in here and I really enjoyed my stay. Did I forget to tell you, there is 24 internet service here

I expected more from this hotel than I got, in terms of the location and pricing. It appears there's more concern for the outer facade than the actual lodging experience guests can get inside the rooms. During my stay, I noticed that quite a number of the amenities needed fixing, upgrade and or regular maintenance. I was also surprised that an hotel of this size could not boast of a gym nor in-room water heaters. I hope the management would do well to make some needed adjustments.

They really do provide good facilities and they put effort in delivering their services. I’ll give 3 stars because they don’t have top class facilities and that is obviously because it’s a fair price to pay for their rooms but the prices go a good way in comparison with the hotel appearance and services.

One of the Best hotels you can stay in Ado Ekiti, service from the gate men, A particular guy Abdul was very respectful and very helpful. On the reception desk, Ifẹ was great, also was Blessing and School Boy. The bar was superb too, Wole was nice and very helpful. I am not leaving 5 star due to the water situation on my last night here, aside that, it was superb. Will be back.

I logged in this hotel and around midnight water from air-condition dropped on me while sleeping. I was drenched while sleeping. I complained to the front desk ladies and they couldn't do anything about it than to apologized. Management responsibility is zero!

The facility is located at a very vintage siting. Being at capital of the State (Ado Ekiti), the security is good. They have a fine swimming pool. Room services are fair. The rooms are really not worth the cost.

This is a good place to stay if you’re on a budget and you just need a place to rest, eat and sleep. The Staff were generally helpful and the hotel food is good (I had jollof rice and pepper soup). However I noticed the duvet on my bed was not changed even after I checked out. (I had checked out earlier in the morning intending to travel but my trip was postponed so I came back to the hotel later that night and asked for the same room. When I got to the room, I noticed the room was cleaned but it was same duvet that was there the night before.) Aside from this incident. The hotel is a good affordable place to stay.
