It
is
not
a
really
impressive
hotel
I
must
say.
The
standard
is
really
low
and
customer
service
is
close
to
non
existent.
The
rooms
are
occasionally
cleaned
and
the
waste
are
not
disposed
in
time
(like
at
some
point,
I
had
to
clean
my
bathroom
and
wash
the
bathtub
my
self).
Its
more
like,
they
act
like
they
are
doing
the
customers
a
favour.
The
air
conditioners
and
water
heating
system
for
the
rooms
don't
work.
Electricity
(via
Generator)
is
provided
only
at
night
if
the
NEPA
is
out,
and
almost
totally
ignored
during
the
day,
of
NEPA
is
out.
Although
they
have
"manageable"
room
structures
and
settings,
they
can
improve
on
a
whole
lot
and
be
better,
if
managed
properly.
Lastly,
the
people
at
the
reception
don't
look
like
they
love
what
they
are
doing.
They
gossip
loudly
with
reckless
abandon
and
have
no
sense
of
professionalism.
I
think
they'd
rather
be
doing
something
else
if
they
had
the
opportunity
or
time.
NB:
I
hear
it
is
a
state
owned
hotel.
Well,
that
says
a
lot
about
the
kind
of
people
at
the
helm
of
its
affairs.
Would
they
run
their
personal
business
this
way?
