This is one of the best place to stay in Ekiti. The rooms are crisp and clean with exceptional service from their staff (response time to calls etc) Laundry doesn't ppen until 8am so if you have an early morning meeting endeavour to have items ironed a day before.

Make Afe Babalola try to discuss with Ekiti state Government and they should try and expand the road from Ado Ekiti to ABUAD campus..

Contrary to the reviews that made me consider it a place of choice to stay, I am quite disappointed at the quality of the rooms and the services. First of all I was checked into a room with no running water, secondly I was moved to a room where the water was in trickles from the non maintained bathroom with a gory drain hole. Thirdly there was overpriced food which tasted really nice. Service delivery is on a mediocre level with the POS not working. The place must have been a good place when it was created but it now on a steady dilapidation process due to lack of maintenance plus the staff are quite unfriendly .

The welcome was very good. Just checked in. Nice room and very good environment. The food is worth the price and very tasty. The staffs are not really informed. You have to request the change the channel to your favourite show. Sigh Switching power was annoying. The switched power to save cost but it was annoying.

Just a place to sleep. Spartan with minimum comfort. Food is expensive and badly cooked. Avoid the restaurant if you can. Ate fried yam chips with beef stew. Had running stomach for the next two days.

Terrible place for the amount you have to pay,the swimming pool water is stagnant and unusable,the gym is locked and can't be accessed and not to talk about the state of the hotel being a mess,also poor or little service, only thing decent was the cool environment and that wasn't even down to the hotel but because of where it is located, 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

I like the rooms, their duvets have the Abuad logo on them in such a lovely and nice way. Their showers are also lovely and the rooms contain all you need for a comfortable stay, the restaurant is quite small for the size of the Inn but the food is good and the sitting is also nice. Their staffs are also quite nice however the thing I didn't like was how rude the securities got when they suspect you are a student and this is normally without any confirmation or check, kind of spoilt the experience

Awesome and a daily improving facility. Baba Afe Babalola is an uncommon Nigerian. May the Lord continue to keep him strength, grant Him eternity and raise very worthy successor(s) that will not erode his sterling legacies.

The most beautiful University in Nigeria, not only beautiful in structure, the student here too are the best.👍

I went to a shop adjacent to Abuad Guest House not to the guest house.

The rooms look really nice but the pillow I used is as flat as can be.

ABUAD guest house is one of the best inn,the location and the environment is good, very decent and all there workers are working deligently

It was ok but there is need for an upgrade especially when it comes to service
