Nice and quite place for a weekend with family.The food was nice and sanitary condition is good as well.Attendance took place during school holidays in February 2021. There is only one disappointing fact-is that the prices were significantly increased for duration of that holidays .But this was done i think by all hotels.

Everything is great. Food, pool, nature, there is a shopping mall right next to it, transportation is very easy, there is no parking problem, half board, open buffet breakfast in the morning, snack time in the afternoon and open buffet dinner are full of wonderful tastes. Most importantly, the staff is very friendly and helpful. primarily g.m. I would like to thank Mr. İbrahim and Ms. Aynur, Senanur and Songül.

Drinks at supper are paid and have to be ordered from waiting staff. The pools aren't big enough for when there are a lot of guests. For the rest everything feels clean and nice.

Very clean room. Service was perfect and swimmingpool did an incredible extra. Everything was according to what I expect from 5-star hotel. Do not miss restaurant for very nice food abd a very convenient shopping mall next to it in case you miss anything (like espresso coffee 😅). I will be back!

One of the best hotels in Afyon. Almost everything is perfect except the bedroom which has weak airflow. If you open the window, the air conditioner won't work. Soundproofing of room is not up to 5 stars. However food, SPA and massage is really great.

İkbal maintains the traditional Quality and Value. Clean and well designed Spa, delicious food ( Keşkek for breakfast, a local delicacy) and Excellent Service. Highly recommend it.

Perfect place clean rooms vary good service Spa and Turkish path was incredible...so many places you need in the same area you don't have to go far you can go walk entertainment place for kids mall migros...will come back again 🤗

This is not our first time in Afyonkarahisar but the firat time in Ikbal Thermal. It is our far best experience comparing to previous so called “ luxury” hotels in the area. From rooms to spa and restaurant, tea hour all service were 5 stars. Everyone was extremely respectfull and helpfull but special thanks to fourth floor service staff Lokman bey and Muradiye hanim for their excellent job.

There was a measure problem with air conditioning! It was always on heater mode ! Where the weather was warm! I was sweating in both cases, when its on or off. I kept asking the help disk to repair it, and they kept promising to do so. Finally I found out that its a common practice in Afyon hotels to switch off the cooling mode in a/c when the hotel management think visitor can live without it! This was the most annoying & uncomfortable experience that affected my sleep !

Nice infrastructure but the English level of the staff for a luxury hotel is ridiculous. You don't really feel home it is more to you to accept their strict rules (no guest during the day in your bedroom etc.). A bit disappointing as the region and the thermal bath worth the detour...

The best hotel in Afyonkarahisar and all needed to enjoy and relax with very low according to the service you get and the swimming pool is perfect thermal and the best private thermal

We were heading to Kaş from Ankara and found this amazing hotel. Our kids don't want to leave the hotel mostly for the water slides. Rooms are just good enough. Location and amenities are excellent.

A very very wonderful hotel and you must try the hot water, especially in the winter in the middle of the snow

The food is decent, variety is great. The pools are a little bit far from each other so you get cold while switching pools, rooms are cleaned greatly. The only bad thing is the hotel is old.
