Located a bit higher in the hills and therefor a bit more difficult to reach, this is a wonderful serene place. Beautiful church building, both inside and outside. Wonderful clean air. Very much worth taking the small detour. Difficult to access for people with disabilities.

Magnificent scenery

High on the hill, the area where the new church is offers a view of the surrounding area. The old church, by far more interesting, is so small and cute. A dead man greeted me as I entered, was not expecting that.

One of my favourite Monasteries in Romania. It's got something that I can't really describe, but it's absolutely stunning. Incredible views, very clean and one of the most impressive churches I've seen in my life!
