Complex, parking & amenities are nice but offices are lack of ventilation, u can not stay in office for few minutes without ac. As compare nearby complex titanium city centre have well ventilated offices in same rate.

The building is nicely built, neat and clean with a huge parking space on the ground floor and two basements.

Now the thing is that we can't say much about this project but we can say that this project may become a very famous landmark and a good spot for vacancy but the thing is that it will take time to fulfill everything. Vacany is there you may try for it I am not sure about vacancy but it will be a attraction spot But a problem is that the people are working at night so it is a problem to the surrounding people.... All over struggle is upto the finish of the project or else no problem
