    I came to outback in Aiken yesterday for lunch with my cousins and was greeted by a wonderful staff from the hostess to out server Dylan. He was great made sure we didn't need anything and made sure our glasses were always filled. The store manager Roger even came to the table to make sure we were well taken care. He spoke to use like we were old friends and that was nice. Most places seem to go off of a script but Roger was real down to earth. The food was great, cooked right, and came out on time. My cousin has a food allergy and the server made sure to pass on the information. We had such a great time that we're planning on going back very soon. Thank you Roger, Dylan, and the entire kitchen staff at outback

    I’ve had the best time at the Aiken Outback location. The food was great the service was great. Our server Elaina was amazing and the owner Roger made sure our food was presentable and tasted amazing. The pork chops were good!!! We will be coming back very soon !

    Had an amazing time with my family this evening with an amazing server named Gabe. He took care of our big family brought all food out on time super nice and pleasant. Even gave us a coupon to come back for a free appetizer. Didn’t have to ask for refills and he let us take our time ordering our food. We will be back. Also the manager even came to check on us which was very nice to do!

    I ordered Uber eats from this location and didn’t have a good experience at all (not the driver, just the food). I ordered a 20 plus dollar steakhouse salad. What I got (attached) looks like maybe a side salad. There are literally no blue cheese crumbles and no blue cheese vinaigrette salad dressing at all. That’s the whole reason I like this salad. Had to use my own dressing and was small and had no matching description. On the same order, another only came with one side. We payed for an up charge for French onion soup and only got the baked potato. I also added a couple dollars for Nashville butter to the steak and didn’t get it at all. Feel like about half the order was substandard Very disappointed in this Uber experience, which is unfortunate because when my gf and I came here for our first date it was a better experience.

    Miss the creamed spinach!!! The only reason I gave them a four...my server was awesome!!! My lady made a mistake and sent her salad back which was supposed to have walnuts and blue cheese and he went and got some for her which was above and beyond...it was a nice and quite ambiance and my prime rib was fantastic!!! Ahi tuna was absolutely fantastic as a appetizer!!! Restaurant was clean and the staff were pleasant to the eye and well groomed!!!

    Roger the manager was Yahsome and amazing! I love how he went to the different tables and spoke with those that were dining in! He even held my granddaughter who doesn’t let people hold her or get to close! My burger wasn’t done completely and Roger came and took it back and handled it personally to make sure it was cooked all the way through like I asked.

    Food was absolutely disgusting. Ordered a steak that we took one bite out of. Told our waitress how inedible our food was and was disregarded and handed a $70 check for food we didn’t even eat. Won’t be back and will warn everyone we know to do the same. No wonder there were only three tables being occupied during lunch rush. That should have been our first warning.

    I always use the app to order my food from Outback. It always has sent text messages when my order was received and when it is ready for pick up. I put my order in after 6:30, but before 7 and chose to have my food ready by 7:15. Once the order was placed, it showed that it would be ready by 7:15-7:20. I never received a text saying the order was ready. When I'd get on the app, it would say my order would be ready soon. At 7:40, I decided to call and see what was going on. No one would answer the curbside to go option, so I tried every option until a lady picked up on the call ahead seating. She checked on my order and said it was being made, and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. That was around 7:54 when we got off the phone, so 8:05-8:10 food should be done. My husband pulls up, calls the number, and still no one was answering curbside pickup. After he keeps calling, a young man finally comes to the car and gets our information. He goes inside and comes back out and says that our order had already been picked up earlier. So my husband let's him know I just spoke to the lady on the phone and she said it was going to be ready around 8:05-8:10, so how did it get picked up if it wasn't ready. The young man claims that someone walked into the obviously unmonitored curbside area, looked onto the computer, and asked for the food of whatever name they saw on the computer screen. So basically saying our food was stolen by a random person. They say they are going to remake our food, this is at 8:15. At 8:45, after my husband sat there and waited all that time, they brought him the food. Before he leaves thankfully, he checked the bag because all of our order wasn't even in the bag. This is the first time I have ever had an experience like this. The manager on duty was James. It's bizarre to me that all of this went down, and not one time did the manager approach my husband about the situation. I hope this was a one-time incident, and they really get it together because it really was upsetting to get our food an hour and 25 minutes late and how it was handled overall.

    Last night we arrived at the restaurant and was told the wait was about 45 minutes, but it was actually 1 hour and 10 minutes only then because I inquired. Once seated, the hostess brought us our tea and bread. We never saw our waitress at all. After about 15-20 minutes...I asked to see the manager to just pay for the teas and left. I truly understand how swamped the restaurant was, but at some point the doors should've closed until the staff was caught up with seating and serving. I witnessed so many complaints as other patrons were waiting to pay the absent waitress/waiter, and others alike me who were waiting to be seated, etc. I felt horrible for the managers and other staff who were really kind and trying to handle the situation and I do applaud them for their efforts. The powers at be should have a protocol on place when it is clear that enough staff is not available to handle the amount of customers. I imagine the waitress that was supposed to service my area was probably burned out with too many tables to reasonably handle. Owner and management, please do better. The menu items looked appealing, but missed the opportunity to eat anything. The overall experience was not good last night.

    Daniel was super host, did an excellent job trying to keep everyone happy despite having to wait. Once I was seated he even checked on me a couple of times. Bartender made excellent drinks for me. Got the Wallaby Darned and the Blackberry Martini. My server was super sweet. She apologized for the wait on the food. (They just had a party of 20 place their order and the computer screens crashed so the kitchen couldn't see the orders.) Nathalie was great. She has such a calming voice and was genuinely nice The food was decent, the only reason for not giving 5 stars. I got the steak and tail. The steak was a little tough and not warm, but the lobster tail was nice.

    It was a nice night out with a friend. We sat at the bar. Dylan C. And Logan S. Did a great job. We got the the mushrooms, salad, Ribeye and filet. Perfect.

    I asked for a medium Porter House, and it was cooked perfectly. I've been having bad luck with my steaks being overcooked for the past 2 months. They got my steak right thec1st time.!!! TY for the excellent customer service and excellent steak

    I came here with my mom and sisters and it was very busy but the wait time was short. I ordered the 18 oz bone in rib-eye with a lobster tail. The lobster tail was exquisite but my steak not so much. However Rodney the owner immediately made it right! He was kind and courteous. He came to check on us and personally delivered my new steak that was cooked to perfection! I would recommend you trying this place. It’s a totally different atmosphere than before. Thanks again Outback Staff

    We had a party of 25. Roger and his staff was able to accommodate us and took very good care of us. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food came out quickly and was delicious!!! We had a great time and we’re definitely pleased. We will come again

    Went out to eat with my family tonight. This was our first time going to outback and I have to say this was by far the best experience we have ever had. The manager was great. I think his name was Robert or Rodger. Can’t really remember but he was awesome. He visited it seemed like every table. We’re coming back for my girlfriends birthday

    They were pretty supportive of our large retirement party. Almost all food came out together. The blooming onion was delicious and crispy compared to other outback locations. Servers were very attentive even though we were a big group.

    I went here with my friend’s to celebrate their birthday. We have about 20 people and it took 30 minutes about everyone orders a stake. 20 stakes in 30 minutes is pretty quick. Also I would like to say that our waiter was very polite (A-jay) he had wonderful customer service and was very polite though our dining. I would also like to get credit to some else I can’t quite remember their name, but they were very polite to my friend the one who’s birthday it was. He gave him free desert and he got the other employees to all sing happy birthday to him. It was a wonderful experience and the food was delicious.

    Robert is an awesome manager turned owner. My steak was cooked perfectly. I'm SO proud of his come up. He started from the bottom but with dedicated he's now getting his name over the door! Way to go sweetheart!

    Typical Outback. Normally would be a higher rating but unfortunately they were out of a massive number of items (see photo). The good side was that they were very open about this BEFORE we sat down, which we appreciated.

    Donna was an attentive, pleasant server fom the time we sat down until we left. Her kindness added to our wonderful meal. Roger, the manager, came to our table to make sure our experience was excellent. The service, food preparation and attentiveness of the staff and manager were perfect!     My family & I had a great time tonight! Everything was on point 👌 And our waiter was Tony, I guess he works the booths in the bar area. He is the greatest;he's so nice and friendly and energetic. This was our 2nd time being hosted by him and we remembered him and he remembered us, in the same exact booth. From the time he approaches you he makes you feel so comfortable like your a regular and you've always known each other. People like him makes you look forward to coming back again & again! Keep up the great work Tony!

    Our experience was phenomenal!! Our server Jordan was absolutely amazing. We had a small issue with one of our appetizers and in accommodation we got it taken off our check and received ice cream to make up for it. She was quick and had amazing customer service. Definitely will be back with a request for Jordan to be our server!
