The food is good here. They give good customer service.

This was in Aiken sc . We stopped in on our way back from a school thing for my daughters school. The restaurant was very clean & the staff was so nice & we were greeted immediately when we walked in the hostess greeted us with a smile & sat us at a table & our waitress was amazing. The food was so good , I had blueberry crepes & turkey bacon & my daughter had new York cheesecake pancakes & turkey bacon. Everything was cooked perfectly, nothing was over cooked, our glasses were kept full. The restroom was also very clean. We paid around $32 for the two of us & what we ordered. I definitely recommend this location if your in the area.

Wouldn't give them a star at all if possible. Really disappointed in the visit. Ordered hash browns very light. Came to me heavily crusted. Ordered eggs over medium. Came to me bordering on hard. Ordered toast hot and buttered. Came to me no butter and cold as ice. Very disappointed in this visit. It will absolutely be my last time...

Super sweet, quick, and efficient. Food was amazing, and staff tried to make my birthday as good as they could (near end covid restrictions) and were overall super sweet. Rating a 4 because I don’t like how they treated one of their employees. She was extremely sweet - and definitely doesn’t deserve such low pay. Also, what waitressing job splits tips? Crazy!

Sorry no photos this time but I got the protein blueberry pancakes with eggs bacon and grits. My son got the sampler platter with pancakes and both were awesome. I have been to this IHOP two times I believe since I'm not from Aiken and my son lives there and I have not been disappointed and it's always a friendly place to visit and have great breakfast.

Service was excellent, food was good. A pleasant smiling hostess would be an improvement. Prices have increased so I can't say the meal was a good value.

Just decided on breakfast at IHOP. Was going to Cracker Barrel, but the wait was told the wait was 20 minutes. I put my name down. They said they would text and call when ready. We called IHOP. They said there wasn't a wait. We came to IHOP. Seated right away. Our helper Megan was very nice. Food was as expected for IHOP. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. That is not a bad thing. Consistency in taste is what is expected. It's been over an hour and still no text or call from Cracker Barrel As a side note, there was a man bussing tables. I went in the bathroom. Someone was in the stall using the bathroom for a while. I heard the toilet flush. The stall door opened, the man who was bussing tables came out of the stall... WITH IS PLASTIC GLOVES ON THAT HE WORKS WITH. When he came out, he walked straight past the sink to wash his hands and grabbed the door... STILL WITH HUS PLASTIC GLOVES ON.. on the way to service customers again. Although my back was turned, he looked up and saw me looking at him in the mirror. He let go of the door took off his gloves, grab the door again and walked out. DISGUSTING. LOSING TWO STARS FOR THIS

Food was beautiful and amazing When it actually came. We were there at least 2 hours due to the staff's slowness and some incompetency. Our waitress was awful, she had a general "I dont want to be here" attitude and we had to call her over to our table to actually get service. To be exact, I dont want to sound like a Karen but there were only 3 tables at the time, they were not busy in any sense. Yes I can still say that cause I saw the kitchen staff standing around talking so it wasnt like they had call ins. I'm not usually picky like this but it was THAT bad. My mother in law ordered 3 things. She has dietary restrictions so she cannot have milk or milk products or she will throw up. Not an exaggeration. First thing she ordered and she immediately saw cheese pouring melting out of her burrito when she specified 3 times with the waitress no cheese and told her why. She had to send it back. About 20 minutes passed before she got her second order, which was perfect, nothing wrong with it. An hour into her meal, after her 1st order came back, she inquired about her third order and the waitress said she had never heard that order. She had verbally confirmed the original order back to us when we first ordered though, so it was definitely on the ticket. TLDR: waitstaff is awful, wait for food was long, and 1 order was wrong. Other than that the rest was good.

Stopped into this IHOP on my way through Aiken. Had fast friendly service. The manager was super nice checking on us, a very sweet young lady.

Me and my boyfriend went there on Thanksgiving night and the food was just awful. My boyfriend ordered the the chicken biscuit with fires the biscuit didn't have what the pictures showed and the chicken was burnt the fires came out separate i ordered the breakfast biscuit and hashbrowns,the size of the hashbrowns was smaller than my hands and still was charged for everything

Horrible service and very unprofessional. Took a long time before somebody came and greeted us after we were seated. Took 30 to 40 minutes to get our food, and it was not even busy. Both my daughter and my food were cold when we got it. The server never came to the table but to take our order and had earbuds in. He was very disrespectful to my daughter. We will never eat there again.

The food here was atrocious it was cold and super greasy. When we said something the waitress went back and cooked food for us. Never had a place where the waitress would need to do that. Everything you get there is an upcharge cheese on your eggs add a dollar and you have to get a microscope to see the cheese. Get grits with cheese and boom another upcharge. For the price of 4 meals was $80 with all the upcharges. Well got news for you I will go across the street to your competitor and pay a lot less without all the upcharges.

I normally don't rate a low score unless I've been more than once. Be prepared for a long wait (only 1 server on the floor to greet, seat, and serve). Don't bother ordering anything besides pancakes. Fruit is bruised and looks old. The burgers are over cooked and bland. Come in with low expectations and you won't be disappointed. On the plus side, it is almost always empty outside of breakfast time.

Waitress was fine. Greeted us as we came in and was attentive and took our order right away. The food was well, pretty bad. I ordered the turkey and stuffing. I’m still not sure if that was turkey on my plate. They forgot the stuffing as well. The mashed potatoes were pretty much soup. The stuffing finally came out and it had been in the microwave 20 minutes too long. It was hard, rubbery, and not worth trying to eat. My wife’s order was prepared wrong so they had to remake it. That happens, but it took another 20-25 minutes for it to come out and they forgot the fries. We waited for her fires and finally decided to just get her food to-go. The kids eggs, bacon, and pancakes were good though. Probably just need to stick to breakfast food at this establishment.

I had ate at many IHOP’s and this was far the best. Soon as we walked in the greeter sat us down. Before we could get our coats off the waitress was ride there. Drinks came out quickly and the food was brought to us hot and fresh. The food was very good. I wished I stayed in the state that would be my go to place. Keep up the good work. Brittany was a joy to have as our waitress! Some of our orders weren't cooked the way she had requested on her ticket but she had them taken care of immediately! We all had something different and it turned into a wonderful dining experience!

IHOP is IHOP. But this place is VERY clean!. Bathrooms are exceptional! The servers are the best!! Fast & concise. The food was really good! The staff are VERY pleasant & so very helpful! I recommend going for any meal of any day!

Waiter was insanely nice and the food was delicious and came quickly. The only downside was that there was a group of people eating and they were kinda loud, but in reality they were just having a good time, so it didn't bother me much.

It was very busy so I don’t fault anyone. I got the southwest bowl and it only came with hash browns, chicken, and cheese. None of the veggies. It didn’t taste great so I showed the waiter and got a discount instead of a new plate because it was so busy by the time they came around again, my tablemates were done eating. It was not a huge hassle, just a bit let down.

Service is usually very good, servers work hard to get your order in and bring it out quickly. I love the food, and I always feel confident bringing my kiddos here, plenty of kid options and friendly environment. My only complaint is that they NEVER seem to have all the ingredients for my husband's orders. I always go with pancakes, the kids usually want some combination of eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and sometimes cheesesticks or a burger. . . Hubby usually orders a poblano omelet. ONCE, they had all the ingredients. And sometimes they don't even mention it, they just bring it out missing something, like you're not supposed to notice.
