Excellent hotel! An unforgettable luxurious stay! We spend family time at the hotel. Excellent location, service, hospitality, very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym. Highly recommended

Quite disappointed with this place, I expected a bit more, considering the price and name. We arrived, the room they put us in had no bedside tables on each side of the bed. Asked to be moved, they did instantly, I’ll give them that. The new room we got moved to had the following: - shower head doesn’t work. - the minibar fridge smells like Arabic food. - window doesn’t shut/lock in, so it’s not sealed, so you get quite a bit of street noise comes into the room. - there is a funky/damp smell coming from the pillow. Apart from that, it was ok.

The place was very clean. Every single interaction with the staff members was pleasant. I stayed in the corner junior suite for about 2 weeks, at a rate that is surprisingly better than similar places in town. The gym was the best I've seen in Beirut hotels (I've stayed in all the big hotels this year). I recommend Radisson Blu Martinez Wholeheartedly!

My rating is for the breakfast buffet which you can benefit from for only 15$ even if you’re not a guest at the hotel (from 6:30 till 10:30 on weekdays and 11 on weekends). Very good variety and quality for the price, and the atmosphere is great, and there’s even an omelette station (plus you’re able to order certain additional items that are not in the buffet for no extra charge). The staff is very helpful. My favorites: -lentil soup (must try) -fruit salad -pancakes -smoked salmon I definitely recommend!

One of the core strength of radisson blue martinese is his dedicated staff to achieve customer satisfaction. I dealt with most of the staff Ali, Rahif, Rita, kassem, and the restaurant staff. They all have precious 💕 traits in common that are the positive ✨️ attitude with excellent communication skills, they respect our needs and were flexible to make our stay comfortable and joyful 😊 . ALI goes beyond our expectations. His extraordinary services made us felt that we are actually warmed welcomed. His care and commitment to satisfy our needs touched our hearts. 💞 I will definitely come back again . ..

The hotel location is perfect in 5 min walk to zaytoona bay and 7 minutes walk to ABC The service was really good staff were very attentive, rooms were very clean. But the only thing i didn't like the breakfast had very limited options. So if you are looking to explore lebanon this is the right hotel for you. Also taxis in lebanon are very expensive and not relaible i found this guy his name is Ali you can book him and he will talk you around , his car is brand new highly recommended: Ali :00961 3799975

I LOVE it. Everything is amazing and wonderful!!! The furniture is awesome, the hotel is clean, the food is tasty, but what I liked most is the way the stuff behave! They are so helpful, polite, and supportive. To me Ilam was the best stuff as she cared about us & supported us the most. Everything is amazing, and gorgeous. Thanks so much for all of the kindness by the stuff. I like the location. This hotel has all what I always wished for. Although the trip wasn't that long, we SURE enjoyed every single thing, and all the stuff! We had a BRAND NEW experience.

To be honest I would not recommend this hotel at all (at least within my network), due to the lack of professionalism among the management team and to be specific the front desk (receptionist/s). Please take care and I will share further details later on with exact dates, pictures and incidents.

Clea room, stuff of the hotel trying their best to keep Radisson hotel brand pleasant to stay. Radisson is an old international brand, you can feel high quality furniture and other elements they are using for comfort, however for many Radisson hotel came time for better modernization to feel more fresh.

Excellent experience. Room carpet could look cleaner/ upgraded. Children taking swimming lessons in the pool afternoon - evenings so we didn't enjoy the pool area... otherwise very good stay.

I stayed here on assignment for several weeks in 2018. The staff are very friendly room facilities more than adequate for a long stay. The conference facilities were well used by us and they have all you need. The business suite is also comfortable and well stocked with very good internet connections. Enjoyed the swimming pool but did not use the gym and instead explored Beirut for excel use!

Summary: An aged hotel that does a decent job to keep its guests happy and relaxed. Surprise Pro: They have yoga a few times per week in their large fitness center. The classes are 8 USD for 75 minutes and they provide towels and mats. As a long term traveler, it was nice to have a yoga session during our trip. Pros: We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam, and jucuzzi facilities almost daily. The aircon worked well and the bar had low prices for drinks. 2 USD for pepsi, 5 USD for beer and the beers were 2 for 1 from 5 till 8 PM nightly. The bed was on the soft side (how we like it) and the room was on the big side. Great water pressure and the hot water was quick and abundant. The staff was always more than willing to help and the guy in the fitness center was super kind and was my favorite staff member. Cons: Daily they restock your room w/ plastic water bottles. They will fill reusable water containers, but I wish that they would have these refilling stations out in the lobby so you don’t have to feel like your asking and being a pest. The bathroom was a bit aged and looked a bit rusty in the corners, but after day #1, we didn’t notice an issues since the water was hot and the room was comfortable. The gym/pool is closed on Sundays. We did not include breakfast so no comment.

Nice upscale hotel in good location, downtown Beirut. Nice rooftop pool to relax and soak up the sun and a pretty amazing breakfast buffet in the morning. A memorable stay.

The price is littile bit exaggerated. Location is good, I used a big room which was good, but I don't know about the standard rooms. Breakfast wasn't with that wide variety. For such a hotel it good be much better. The second days they just repeated the dishes I think with the same remaining food. Staff is very friendly, smiling & communicate in many languages. But what is really annoying is that everyone is asking or giving hints to tips. Even those who didn't give any real service or help. Actually, it is the case everywhere in Lebanon which is really a shame. I understand that the economy is not good. My heart is with the people who suffer. But it doesn't mean that I'm the ATM that will improve everybody's life. I also suffer to get that money. الاصدقاء الاعزاء في لبنان: قلوبنا معكم، لكن رجاء توقفوا عن طلب البخشيش بدون مناسبة. لسنا بنوك متحركة

Thiefs with very poor customer service. I stayed there for a night before travelling back to uk . I thought I don’t want to get stuck in case they closed the road from the south. Unfortunately I forgot my watch in the room .after I checked out and reached the airport ,I called the Receiption desk on the same day informing them about my watch . They said they had it and I could send anyone to pick it up . My friend went there to get it the following week and they claimed they don’t have it . I’ve been chasing them since and they keep delaying me and transferring my calls from a department to another . Shame

Absolutely fantastic stay in the heart of the BEST area of Beirut, walking distance to everywhere. The entire staff is extremely kind and attentive to your needs, from the amazing Mr Ziad at reservations to the kitchen and dining team: a huge thank you to ilhan, hussein, raja, chef ali and chef hussein .. our room was fantastic, very cozy and the bed very comfortable...I loved the breakfast and the food at the room service, everything is so fresh and highly delicious, I ended up eating all of my meals at the hotel. This place is really fantastic and I cannot recommend it enough !

Good location and fantastic service. The room is large but the hotel is a bit old and it start to show. Tough is very clean and well maintained. I particularly like the location as it is walking distance to the promenade, zatunya bay as well many restaurants and attractions. Despite the good location the hotel is still on a quit street.

I stayed in this hotel for about 3.5 months. Before Radisson BLU Martinez Hotel, I stayed in another 5-star hotel for a few days only. I regretted. At Radisson BLU Martinez Hotel the rooms are large, clean and well-maintained. The rate was cheaper than average and the services were excellent. The staff were the best-- they made sure I had everything I needed on time, very hospitable, and friendly. The hotel had conference rooms and a business center. You can work in the business center (has desktops and printers) while enjoying fresh air in a large terrace overlooking part of the Mediterranean sea. The place is accessible to all parts of Beirut and conveniently located in a calm neighborhood (within offices and nice, well kept buildings). I highly recommend this hotel.

I spent there a couple of nights in October. It is a comfortable hotel. The staff is competent and friendly (e.g. they sent my postcards since it was not easy to get the poststamps). The breakfasts are good, with some local specialities. It is localised both in a quiet street and not far from the city centre.

It was excellent, staff was amazing (Meals Lounge “Nabeel,Aziz,Ahmed,Farooq, Haidar” ..,Ali “receptionist “, Security Staff, all the staff. Only one thing ! The TV is old fashion not smart TV “YouTube, Netflix,…” . So Radisson management need to consider that !

Hotel could do with a refresh but the service was outstanding from the employees, from the bellboy Mohamad to Samer at the front desk who went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. He's an asset to the hotel.

Amazing experience at the Radison Blu Martinez. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Beirut since the crisis in lebanon, and the Radison Blu is able to maintain world class service. Awesome gym, breakfast, and location. Also great front desk service from Ali and Ali (who is training and doing a great job!!)

Good choice conventionally located at the heart of Beirut. Rooms are ok and facilities are a bit old. Just barely maintained like everything in Beirut these days of chaos and economic crisis. Food is OK. Make sure you bring either USD or EUR cash with you unless you want to pay excessively expensive exchange rates. Sauna and steam rooms are not available, it must’ve be because of the lack of power in the whole country.

The staff at the hotel are kind and very helpful! Having stayed there a few times now, they receive me as if I'm coming home - it feels very welcoming. Food is good, the bed is comfortable and there's hot water in the shower. We've also had a few meetings/workshops there - the facilities are excellent, as is the catering - the technical side of things is also very well taken care of.

The hotel rooms are below a 1 star hotel. The crowd at the hotel is not familial at all. The bathroom has fungus and the carpet in the room was dirty had fungus and smelled mold. The garbage can in the room was broken. We checked out after 10 minutes and left right away. Even if the location is good, and the hotel staff very kind. The hotel is an insult to the name hotel. I do not advise anyone to go there. Worst experience. it should be rated 1 star and not even.
