The staff were a bit cold and not really friendly. The rooms were screaming for refurbishment especially the bathroom. The pool is nice and the roof bar is awesome. Also the location is super central and close to the Zaytouna Bay and St George pool. 5 min to Beirut souks and 15 min walk from gemazyeh pub street.

Would not recommend the rooftop. You have to pay 20 dollar for day use, but after 2 pm there is no sun on deck. Also the place and the pool are very small. The drinks are very expensive. We got a little towel and had to pay for a bottle of water 8000 ll. This is absolutely too much for this place.

Perfectly located hotel in the heart of Beirut city, close to nearly all hot spots. The hotel features a nice rooftop pool as well as Em Sherif restaurant. Sea view room was very spacious and comfortable. The view is breathtaking.

The room was designed in a very nice way old style but the view of the room was not that nice service was good but if u leave money somewhere they will think that is a tip for them and without asking they will take it so be careful with that food was good but they will give you only 1 water per day , the gum was horrible there was 1 working AC and it wasn’t really working properly and most of the gym machines were broken ..

Compared to the next door Phoenicia hotel, the Palm Beach offers a more “personal” experience with the support of an excellent team .. but the smallish property size and limited surrounding spaces are somewhat of a let down.. the roof top bar has a beautiful sunset.. for some reason..the name of the place changes annually.. bubbles .. parella .. em sharif ..

Perfect hotel professional staff and great location

An excellent hotel with reasonable prices and very good service. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool on the seventh floor with an amazing sea and town view. The breakfast is very good too. There are two things that I didn't like. The fridge in the room didn't work properly and the prices at the restaurant "Em Sherif" are horrible.

Clean room and very low noise from the street but u can hear your neighbors in the rooms next door. There is a great rooftop bar, amazing Indian restaurant and a good breakfast buffet. 4 stars since it's over priced.

This hotel is the best of the best, I recommend this hotel. Hotel Service is great, from reception desk to the housekeeping they have the best customer service. we stayed 2 weeks there and hospitality is excellent. Check in and Check out in few minutes no harassment and very professional. I recommend this hotel for everyone wants to enjoy their vacation in Lebanon. Its close to all the Best locations you ask for in Beirut, near many restaurants and shops like laundromat, hair stylists, supermarkets etc..And its across Zaytouna Bay walking distance like 2 minutes, next to many swimming resorts I will go there again next year and stay same place!

The rooftop area is excellent for chill out while enjoying the sunset in Beirut. The chef is extraordinary... I have tasted very delicious salads (kale with avocado is my favourite). Its very clean and the waiters are very professional. The prices are a bit upscale however they are worth the experience. Thumbs up for this place!

The location is amazing and the rooms are spacious, however it was really dirty!! I stayed for a week and the room and the hallways were very dirty, I swear my white flip flops turned BLACK! there is no way that I will reserve a stay in that hotel again!!

One of the beautiful, clean and center located hotel in Beirut. Corniche, restaurants, shops and Zaitunay are on walking distance. The best things Uber is working in Beirut and you travel anywhere anytime by calling uber. Rooms are big, clean with all necessary amenities available like water bottles, kettle, iron stand, in room safe, warm water etc. The menu for breakfast are also good and have variety of options that make your morning joyful with amazing view of Corniche and zaitunay Bay. Hotel have Gym that is operational and roof top pool that was not working may be due to some reason of covid or other. The staff was amazing and helpful. Even they arranged pick for us at late hours on phone calls. They are super cooperative throughout our stay. Definitely come back and stay there again.

Vacation I visited Lebanon from 27th December till 5th January 22.It was my solo but in group. We stayed at palm beach hotel for 10 days.i am quite satisfied withthe services provided by the hotel management. Really lovely place for couples, highly recommend. Staff is super nice and the food is great. They didn't charge me for the extras and the orders because I checked out a night early.

Its really no more than 2 star hotel, rood staff specially the reception, old hotel, the loud of music from umsharif night club was very annoying, its not suitable for family, very old fashioned hotel, the price is for 5 stars but the reality is 2 stars, we payed for sea view they give us non sea view rooms
