Entre la tête des boulangères et leurs façons de parler on est pas gâté. Tu rentres avec le sourire tu ressors avec l'envie de te pendre ! Un kit suicide devrait être vendu avec une corde en plus des baguettes 🤣 J'ai appris qu'il y avait une autre boulangerie sur Aix qui en plus avait de très bon produits alors désormais j'irai là-bas.

It's been 2 years since I ordered a cake for my birthday, last year I asked for a strawberry tart and I got a strawberry tart which was good.... And this year I asked if they made numbers cakes and the answer was yes, I also asked for the cake to be young (I'll let you see the photos 😭) ... except that I ended up with a strawberry tree in number and I had asked for a strawberry tree on the side as well. The strawberry cake was good as usual but the re-visited number cake was not at all the same. A 1/2 strawberry per slice, and sponge cake not at all light... I was very disappointed and what's more the saleswoman was young, she was wrong in the price I really should have not been honest because I find that that did not deserve the price of 70€.

Quel accueil... incroyable pas de "bonjour" et une vendeuse très agressive et très mal aimable. Changez de métier Madame!! Elle n'est pas a la hauteur de la pâtisserie qui est bonne et a prix raisonnable.

La personne pas aimable se permet de demande d'où l'on vient ou on va et de critiqué notre sortie

I won't talk about the welcome, everything is said above! On the other hand, the quality of the products was acceptable, the baguettes (don't take the classics) and the pastries not bad... So it was without hesitation that we bought a Paris-brest this Sunday morning... you see what we discovered when cutting it: the dry choux pastry, probably from the day before, garnished with a layer of cream praline which hides pieces of a burnt biscuit and, oh surprise!, two cabbages (empty, of course!) 😳 A new recipe for the classic Paris-brest? Or recycling all the scraps and unsold items from the week? In any case, it’s purely SHAMEFUL! We were extremely embarrassed in front of our guests, although it was not our fault… So if you have enough courage to cross the threshold of this bakery, at least check what they serve you 👀🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻or, even better, buy at Intermarché, it will be better 😉
