Extremely disappointed with this service. I did not see any doctor before laser hair removal even though it was a first session in this institute, I suffered extremely during the session (supposedly because I had my period), I was burned and I still suffer from it today. The reason for this late notice? The suffering that I still endure months later, despite all the treatments given by my midwife. I made the trip once from another department, I wouldn't do it twice. Reason why I haven't contacted you again!!!

I highly recommend the “Le13M” center! I have always been very well received and well oriented. The laser hair removal sessions worked very well: I'm on my 4th session and I think the next one will be the last. In addition, Doctor Ponti was kind enough to treat an angioma and other small spots following my laser session.
