Great experience! We were 4 adults, all novices. The team is very educational and we felt confident and safe (special mention to Julien who helped us throughout the course!) You can spend several hours here with family or friends, each route has its level of difficulty (a bit like the ski slopes). The black slope is aimed at experts and athletes! We advise you to do the routes in order of difficulty. Shaded park, picnic tables, very beautiful spot. Don't be intimidated by the parking lot which looks full, it is public and many of the vehicles parked have nothing to do with Indian Forest. Good to know, very few people on weekends and in the morning. We had almost the entire route to ourselves!

The teams are very pleasant. The courses are awesome. There is something for all ages. I recommend to have a good time with family, friends or as a couple. ☺️
