This is a MUST go to, if you are vegan or not! The produce is organic, vegan, gluten free homemade- and plentiful! The owners are wonderful, so friendly and have created a haven in adjecco. Go hungry and eat everything, take away treats for later and enjoy this gorgeous restaurant 😋

You MUST visit this gem whenever you are in the area! The restaurant name is "A thousand and one wild flavours" (according to the Google translation), and it is so right! What a wonderful place to eat, we had a delightful lunch and took away some lovely cakes. And the above is true whether you are a vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or not, the food is so very tasty! And if you happen to be gluten free vegetarians like ourselves you'll be familiar with visiting other restaurants/cafés where you may have only one option on the menu, but here we could pick any of the many many GF vegan options, which was very exciting for us! Oh, and do ask for the non alcoholic 'shot' with turmeric, lemon and ginger, it is a great pick-me-up tonic that will 'knock your socks off' whatever your dietary preference!

So glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem! Delicious fresh food, large servings, cozy atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff (who seem to speak half a dozen languages). I had the Bowl 1001 Saveurs. Speaking as someone who is not necessarily vegan or gluten-free, this really hit the spot and I highly recommend!

We ate almost everything in their menu, it was all so good, tasty, well balanced, great flavours and textures. The chocolate mousse was light, creamy and so chocolat-y! It is mindblowing that everything we had was vegan, home made and gluten-free! The owners were so nice and friendly, really made us feel welcome in Ajaccio. The place is really nice and cozy, you cannot miss it, vegan or not! :)

My fiancé and I, keen plant based folks, visited Mille et une saveurs sauvages restaurant for lunch every day while we were in Corsica. This was our favourite part of Corsica! The food was delicious, generous serving sizes and full of colourful local produce. The flavours were immense, it’s clear the chef understands how to pair foods to enhance the flavours, and assemble beautiful looking dishes. We worked our way through as much of the menu as we could and it was all so delicious, including the desserts and baked goods (best mousse we’ve ever had!) The owners were lovely and welcoming each day and the restaurant had a warm and intimate feel. Would absolutely recommend a visit! Merci Beaucoup!

Delighted to have found this lovely little place with great food. Good variety menu even for the raw vegan something there. Food was fresh, flavourful and good size. Service was so friendly and very helpful too. Thank you for this place! Will be back!

Wow where do I start this place is an oasis in Ajaccio being 💯 vegan and gluten free. We were on a cruise and it was the best food we had eaten since we left the UK on the 13th April. We sat outside and the owner kindly brought a menu in English for us to read. We had a hazelnut chard and cauliflower pie with various salads and a waffle with houmous avocado, salads and polenta fries. Dessert was chocolate blondie and cream praline. Gosh the food blew us away it was magnificent. The owners are such lovely people and so welcoming. A gem of a place and if we ever go to Ajaccio we will definitely revisit. Not to be missed.

A perfect little gem with amazing plant-based eats and wonderful service. Fresh juices, whole food vegan (all gluten free) entrees, and a solid assortiment of baked goods and treats. The space is cozy and welcoming (dog friendly 🐾) and the food is incredible. Definitely stop in!

How great that there’s a place like this, I really missed vegan/vegetarian food at Corsica. Too bad the place was closed on an Tuesday at 13.30/14.00. Maybe the showed Google-opening hours are wrong?

Are you looking for tasty food, priced fairly, in a quiet side-street just off the hustle-and-bustle of Ajaccio's main thoroughfare? Try this wonderful little restaurant. They serve a good variety of really lovely main courses, desserts and drinks. Personally, I thought it was the best vegan food on the island of Corsica. Of course you dont have to be a vegan to eat here, just in possession of functioning tastebuds, the better to enjoy their fantastic cooking. Cheers!

Oh my goodness, this place has amazing vegan/vegetarian food!! A must visit even if you're not a vegetarian. The variety is incredible and the owners are so friendly. I think everything is gluten free as well. Highly recommended!

First time in Mille et une saveurs sauvages and for me it’s was heaven on Earth, an oasis in the the midst of Ajaccio. This review is not only about great food. This is also about restoring faith in humanity! :D Admittedly, the food is yummy; their drinks are refreshing and their chocolate brownie is to die for. But what really touched me the most was the kindness and all the little attentions. (For example, taking care of my phone - which was plugged outside - while I was in the toilet). The service is truly amazing. They made me feel welcomed. And you can tell that making their customers happy is their first priority. 2000% worth it 💖
