Was a great experience! All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Sukuri helped me a lot and made the experience wonderful, anything I needed he was there to help! The coffee was great as well as the view. Would for sure come back again!

Amazing place, and M. Sokkary is very kind person, they have good Coffee, desserts and service !! In front of River Nilo. As a Mexican is a good experience be here.

I wish to extend my sincere and heartfelt appreciation to the staff. All too often, some other Hotels are criticised for non delivery and portrayed as being grossly inefficient. We had the experience of dealing with your efficient staff, perserverance and compassion displayed on them. Your staff has been overwhelming. They remained focussed and confident that they would achieve the delivery timeline. This was really not convincing but it was giving a good name of Saudi coffee. This show of commitment and zeal from your entire staff, indicated that the principles of “Batho Pele” was just not lip service but a reality within the company. I commended your staff for maintaining the Saudi Chaffee in an efficient delivery. Well done!!
