Very nice branch with helpful and friendly staff

So much nicer than Starbucks back home in the states!! Back home, I avoid most things Pumpkin Spice, with a few exceptions. I miss the colors, flavors, and tastes of Autumn and was overjoyed to learn it served at Starbucks Egypt! Honestly, I didn't love it, but it made me a bit less homesick. 😂. The service was great. I was shocked that employees here can't accept gratuities as they do in the states. 😳 Overall good ☕ experience.

Service and atmosphere are great. The drinks always taste watered down or like iced pure milk. Absolutely zero taste even when asked to add caramel drizzle, couldn't taste the caramel at all.

It's a lovely brand.but the management in Egypt often brew the less popular coffee blends which will effect their market share And give other brands the opportunity to rise .. Say you had a not so good experience with Starbucks at one country,, will you be looking for Starbucks when you travel to another country??? Bottom line,, they need to keep the quality standards wherever they go to maintain the brand image .

I've ordered pumpkin spice frappuccino and it came without coffee! And all the guy had to offer is to try & taste it instead of changing it to what I actually ordered, and I tasted it and it was NOT good! Left the place and don't think I'm visiting the branch again
